Hoerner installed a WB faucet in our kitchen in 2006. It was leaking so they came back, took a quick look & agreed to replace it - although there were some small problems & a 2-week wait for a new part, their service was great & their willingness to go beyond the strict terms of the warranty was greatly appreciated.

We called Hoerner to look at a small leak in one of our rads, and to service our boiler. The technicians arrived on time and were professional, efficient and clean. They completed the work quickly and correctly, and made sure I understood what they had done. I would definitely recommend Hoerner to my friends and family.

Our experience with Hoerner for the installation of a faucet on our deck was great. Horner were able to schedule a time which worked for us, and they turned up when they said they would. The work they did was quickly executed - it looks great and works well. Dave and Calvin explained what they were doing, and helped us understand our options when there were different ways the job could be done. The work site was left very clean and tidy, and we were delighted with the work. There were no surprises, the price was reasonable, and the work was great.

Hired Hoerner Heating & Plumbing for the first time to service the boiler in my property since the heater was not working. Service from person who answered my call, to scheduling appointment, to the actual service appointment itself was professional and efficient. They effectively troubleshooted the boiler problem and resolved at a reasonable price. Some service differentiators in my mind, they give 2 hour appointment window (as far as I'm aware most give 4 hour window or none at all), and genuinely appreciated my busy schedule and really worked with me to schedule. You can tell they take pride in their work, are honest, and are trustworthy. I look for a partner in the Contractors I hire to build long term relationships for my properties, and without a doubt, I'll be exclusively hiring them for any future needs in any of my properties I own, and without question would recommend them to anyone. Superb service from Andrew, Brad and Felix. They were excellent to work with, very well priced, and they worked on time and trustworthy. I had a few other companies advise as to what I needed but they were the most accurate and did not over sell.

We have a steam boiler which very few plumbers are qualified to work on, but Andrew Hoerner and his team have serviced it diligently every year. They send reminders about when it should be checked before the winter, and they have an answering service that gets someone to come in an emergency. The prices charged are very reasonable, and this company is truly a reliable and conscientious service provider. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kyle and Calvin replaced a 45-year old drain pipe which was clogged with tree roots. Both arrived early and completed the job within the day, with minimal mess. I was impressed at how the excavation site looked hardly touched. They even did a camera inspection & pointed out that the city's connection was clogged & had to be taken care of immediately. The job site was left tidy; they welcomed any questions that I had about the job, ensured that all work was done properly, and were polite & respectful at all times. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done by them.

Dave was right on time, he knew his stuff and was happy to show and tell us what he was seeing and doing. He was efficient, polite and fixed our problem. He charged a fair price - even a little less than expected.

My basement drain was clogged with tree roots. I received a prompt callback the next morning & was able to get service the same day. Kyle and Felix were prompt, professional, courteous, polite, respectful & knowledgeable. They worked hard and efficiently to resolve my problem. Kyle offered useful, advice to solve my problems and I really appreciated that they were neat & tidy and left my place clean afterwards. Pricing is reasonable, and I feel confident in their abilities to get a job done right.
