On a recent Saturday evening my water heater broke down; water all over the place and no hot water in taps. I called numerous services and the only one to promptly respond was Hoerner. Dylan Egan, a representative of the company arrived, with a refreshingly professional, efficient and understanding manner. We were extremely pleasantly surprised. Kyle initially came to my home to go over everything and give an estimate on a variety of work to be done (including boiler cleaning, toilet replacement, shower head replacement, toilet seat replacement and various repairs to leaking / broken taps). The estimate was emailed to me and after having the chance to review it, I requested the staff work with me to help select the plumbing fixtures needed for the job. They were honest and forthright in their suggestions. When Kyle returned to complete the work I found him to be extremely pleasant (even cheerful) and professional and he executed the repairs perfectly in a timely fashion and stuck to the estimate given. I wish now that I had not left it so long to get this work done as it turned out to be a completely stress free experience. Received a call for a commercial property I own had a leak that was flooding the stairwell. Called Hoerner up at 5:30am, and they were on the scene by 6:30. Completed the job, and even helped me clean up a little. Only problem would be how expensive the emergency rate is, but I haven't been able to find someone for cheaper unfortunately.

We have used Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for the past 8 years. They have installed and serviced our boilers of different makes, including Viessman. They have always done an extremely accurate and professional job. Whenever we had an emergency they came promptly to fix the problem.

As landlords, with 2 kids, we depend on reliable companies like Hoerner that show up on time and do a thorough job and leave the place clean when they leave. The plumbers, Martin and Kyle, quickly figured out the problem with the toilet and fixed it very fast. Our tenants are very happy, we are satisfied, and we will definitely use Hoerner again.
