We are new Home Turf customers this year and so far, we've received 2 of the 5 applications that are included in our plan - so perfectly on schedule. The reason we switched this year is because we always ended up with burnt streaks and patches after applications with our previous lawncare provider. With Home Turf, this is no longer an issue. I ran into the technician during the last visit and he was quite friendly. The only thing I'd ask for is to be notified of when they're coming so that I can make sure I don't have clothes or other things outside.
