    Lawncare

    Overall experience has been good from Hometurf. They are quick and reliable. I have barely seen any dandelions on our lawn ever since we started their service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was one incident where the lock to our gate was partially damaged and our garden fence was knocked over and damaged after their visit.

    Hometurf

    The company offers great service. My lawn looks better then it has in years . They leave points after each visit on how to keep my lawn looking good .

    Lawn Care

    I was using Weedman for many years and wanted to try some one different and came across a flyer of Home turf . I have tried them for last 3 season and they turn out to be good with their work and my lawn looks green. There programme is really good and they take care of my lawn by timely weed control and fertilizer. I am happy and will recommand them to friends and neighbours.

    Lawn Care

    We adopted the service from previous owners and cancelled it at the end of the contract, but I can say the difference in the health of our lawn was noticeable by after only one year, and we were back with Hometurf the following year! Customer service has always been pleasant when I've called and the techs that come have done a thorough job considering the size of our lawn.

    Lawn maintenance

    Our lawn was in such a bad shape. We contacted Hometurf and we are using them for two seasons now. They provide excellent service. I would recommend them. In fact my friend is going to use them next season.

    Lawn Care

    I had the deluxe service including aeration provided by Home Turf. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service and results. They did not aerate the back yard - claimed access difficulty due to slightly raised deck being a barrier. Over the last 28 years no other lawn service company found this to be an issue. Maybe I expected too much but there was no noticeable improvement in the condition of my lawn. I’m not saying they didn’t provide the promised service. They were prompt and efficient in their delivery (excepting back yard aeration). It appears I’ll need some more intensive maintenance done next year so I’ll not be renewing their services.

    Lawn

    We have not found HomeTurf to be a very good service to use at all. Our treatments have not been done properly, we've complained twice and let them know we want to cancel. The "re spray" we had one was the only time the treatment was actually sprayed on all of the weeds. We used this company to make our lawn look nicer and it has looked no different all summer. We've had weeds all summer and the excuse given to us was that not all weeds are killed by their spray, yet when they came to do a re-spray they were all killed. The time before that barely 1/3 of the weeds were sprayed. Horrible with horrible customer service. We wanted a refund and they wouldn't do anything for us.

    Very Pleased!

    I'm a repeat customer which is a good indicator I am pleased with Hometurf Lawn Services. I've tried other lawn services and found Hometurf provides the best value and always live up to their expectations.

    Misrepresentation in contract

    Before you place the order they don’t mention anywhere in contract that it gets renewed next year without customer’s consent. Once the order is placed with payment done, they slip in a fine print that says that the contract will renew next year unless you cancel. this is designed to trap the customer, it is unethically and probably illegal too.

    Thanks for taking care of my lawn

    Repeat customer, pleased with service. Appreciate the heads-up call a day before servicing, so I have the option to cut the grass prior to application. I would love to see the servicing technicians be a little more pro-active and look out for potential areas of problems (eg: brown spots, grubs), but otherwise, very pleased with their service.
