    LAWN MAINTENANCE

    I have been a long time client of Hometurf. I am not finding that the weed spraying nor the fertilizer has done much for my lawn this year. I get the full treatment but I have to call to get them to come on time by season. Should have better results. I am contemplating looking for a new company.

    Good Lawn Services

    Sprayed our lawn multiple times this season; always on time, accurate and did not try to upsell. Our lawn is in good condition because of Hometurf's work. We are satisfied with Hometurf's Services.

    Lawn care

    Didn't have time to do myself. Hired another company, but they were unreliable. Started with Hometurf and have been pleased with their service. Intend to keep using them and recommend their services.

    Great Lawn Care

    This is the 3rd year signing-up with Hometurf. I always appreciate the call ahead of time so I know when I can expect lawn service. There have been times when it rained the same day or next day after 'weed-control' was completed. Whenever I have asked for a re-spray they always come out.

    My lawn is growing so much better

    I have been using them for 2 years, and my lawn is growing so much better! I don't have much time to maintaining the lawn or even depending on mother-nature to water it most of the time; but with Hometurf Lawn Care Service's service, it is so green! Only thing that caught me offguard was that I provided my credit card information for them to review the yearly service, but found out later that they only used it once, and I had to call them every year to provide my card number again. Ended up paying some late-fee because of that.

    Lawn care and weed control

    Paid for lawn care, have more weeds than before. Asked for refund early in the season company said they do not do refunds. They have sprayed 4 times for weeds and I have more than ever. They keep telling me they don’t kill this weed and they don’t kill that weed, it would be easy to just say what weed you do kill. I am very disappointed with this company and I will not use it again. It is from Missasuaga so maybe they do not have many customers in Kitchener or they just do not want to take the time to worry about them.

    We have been very satisfied with the services of Hometurf Lawn Care for all these many years we have retained them. They are very professional, prompt and always ready give advice supported with interesting notes with each visit. In fact, we have recommended them to friends and relatives.

    Poor quality, poor value, poor service

    I don't know how many numerous times I have contacted HomeTurf to explain my displeasure with how my lawn looks, specifically the lower part in our backyard which requires you to go down steps. I kept saying that it was NOT being done. Time after time they said that you would send someone out to respray or that it would be done! NOW I KNOW IT IS NOT SO!!!!! By some miracle this morning, I saw the gentleman that sprays. I explained how the backyard, in which you have to go down the steps to enter it, and his reply was..."I thought there was cement down there!" He had NOT been spraying!!!!!! or any of the other services I have been paying for! This has been going on for two years!!!!! I feel I've been taken advantage of and ignored. I am dissatisfied and very angry that I am paying for something I did not get.

    Extremely reliable service

    We have been using Hometurf Lawn Care for many years and have never had an issue. They are thorough and can be counted on to show up when they say they will (weather permitting). We have a beautiful lawn and have Hometurf to thank for it.

    Great lawn treatment!

    Hometurf did a great job treating our lawns. The weed killer they used quickly killed off lots of annoying weeds. Our grass is also looking much better after they came. They also provided us with helpful tips on things we can do to maintain our lawn. Thanks!
