    Very disappointed and upset and overwhelmed to see their fake promises

    I was overwhelmed to see the bad customer service or I don’t know how to explain! I have been using the service this company since 5 years from my previous house and a huge trust on them but was disappointed to their fake promises recently. I was not expecting this kind of behaviour from a renowned company like this. How to believe anyone!!!! I had called 3 times to ask for a simple help and they had promised 3 times that they will do, “ not a big deal” and asssured me that they made a note. But unfortunately probably they were making me fool.

    Lawn Services

    My father used Hometurf Lawn services for many years. His lawn always looked fantastic. When I moved into my own home we started using Hometurf to maintain our lawn. We have a corner lot with a lot of land. The outdoor area of our home looks beautiful because of the outstanding service from Hometurf.

    lawn service

    I had low expectations for my lawn as it was overrun by weeds but was pleasantly surprised with the results after one season with hometurf's complete package. My lawn looks so much better this year, and I will continue to use their services.

    Lawn treatment

    This is my second year with them. They come and treat the lawn. They have fair prices. Great customer service. I had called when I noticed weeds and they sent someone to apply another application. I hope I see less weeds this year.

    YARD

    Before lawn treatment my grass was brown patchy and full of weeds, My grass is green and thick. And it doesn't feel like straw. I'm able to enjoy my back yard now.

    Lawncare

    I have been a customer of home turf for 3 years now. They deliver on what they say they will do. I have used other companies in the past and would recommend home turf for your lawn care needs.

    Ever since we started using HomeTurf lawn care services our lawn has improved in colour and texture. There services are much better than our last lawn care provider and they have friendly service.

    Lawn Care Deluxe Program

    We have a large lawn with plenty of weeds. We heard good things about Hometurf so we thought we would try their service for a year and then reassess just how effective they would be. We were really more interested in keeping a handle on weed control. To be honest as far as I know they did spray something on the grass for weeds, they fertilized and did all we paid them to do. So I do believe they tried to do a reasonable job. So are they as good as or better than as the next company? Perhaps. Where I feel they need to improve is their weed control. From our observation it had minimal effect on our weedy areas. When I talked to them about this after one year of service, one of their staff said that Hamilton restricts the use of effective herbicides so we can only use a product which is eco friendly. I understand that their hands are tied but where I have a bit of an issue is they seemed to indicate that they could control the weeds on our lawn. I would have been happier if they would have been honest up front about their limited ability to control weeds rather then after a one year contract. This in itself isn't a deal breaker to be fair to them, as in a sense we did get other decent lawn care with the fertilization and they did give us some helpful advice. One other thing that I would like to add is, one needs to read the contract well because it is easy to unintentionally sign giving them the right to roll the contract over to the next year, I'm speaking from experience here. :-) Would I recommend these people... you see the ratings. I'm torn, I honestly would like to like this company, as of now I'm not sure any company could do a great joy on our lawn with the restrictions they have on them.

    Hometurf Lawn Care Service

    We have used Hometurf Lawn Care for three years now, and our experience has been great. We noticed a significant difference to our lawn after just the first season, and we have continued to use their services for even greater improvement. Our grass is thick, green, and almost entirely free of weeds. You should check them out.

    Hometurf - magicians

    Hometurf Lawn Care has brought our lawn back to life. A quick phone call the day before lets us be sure the gate to the back yard is unlocked and ready for the workers to come in and do their magic. We find the back yard easier to walk on, feels more plush. The team really has done a fantastic job and we will continue with Hometurf, thanks Hometurf - great job! Satisfied customer - Pat
