    Poor service

    I have been a customer for more than 5 years and during the past two years, the service has been getting worse and worse. Although I have paid for full service in advance I didn't get full service in 2017. Service in 2016 was bad as well. I have more weed than grass in my backyard. Surveillance cameras around the house shows me that people spend less than 10 minutes in a visit and sometimes nothing is done. I will not do business or recommend Hometurf to anyone I know.

    Lawn care

    I've used Hometurf for the past 4 years and the improvement to our lawn after the first year of service was significant enough for me to continue on with their service up to the present. The overseeding, combined with consistent fertilizing and weed treatment has improved the overall health and appearance of our lawn up to the point that I rarely need to weed. Their support staff has always responded to my questions promptly and their scheduled service visits are like clockwork.

    Early bird spring "Complete Program" lawn care is not as was advertised

    This company sent early bird solicitation for complete program and I unfortunately paid for lawn care services that was not completely fulfilled, as advertised in the early bird spring letter offer. The "complete program" upon which I signed up and paid for advertised 5 applications of fertilizer. They were always late and the weed control still left a lot of weeds, e.g. clover, creeping thistle, crabgrass etc. The fertilizer burned some sections. Upon contacting them for the missing last application, they said that the 5th advertised application was only "applied upon request" and that the fall newsletter states it was complementary" and I had to call them! "Complimentary" is something in addition to what is promised and advertised. 5 applications was advertised and the "complimentary" with be 6th. I received only 4. Will not be using this company again.

    Honest feedback from a longtime customer

    I have used Hometurf for over 10 years. Their work has been consistently good, reliable and their advice on lawn care is always useful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    I like Hometurf

    I am with Hometurf for 6 years, they do a great service to my front and back lawn. There is a newsletter left out on each visit, they call before each visit at my request, to be sure the gate to the backyard is open. I only have to cut the grass during the season, nothing else.

    lawn care service

    I have used hometurf successfully for some 5 years now and will continue to have their specialists take care of my fertilizing and nutrients needs for my lawn. Their group is very reliable and make recommendations as they see it.

    Landscaping

    I have found Hometurf to be very reliable and trustworthy. In fact, they will return at no charge to repeat their weed control and are very responsive to any requests or questions I may have.

    Lawn care service

    For the past several years I have been their customer. They are courteous, efficient and most reasonably priced. I have no complaints against them. They endeavor to meet their customers' requests.

    lawn care Complete programme

    We have used Hometurf for several years, and have been very satisfied with the results. They provide a reliable schedule and need no follow up. One little problem. They only give a 1 day notice for Aeration, requesting all sprinkler heads be marked. A good precaution, however the timeframe to get it done sometimes is not enough.

    Lawn care

    We are finally getting our property looking great again .Less weeds and more plush law . As we are on a double corner lot , facing south there is much lawn area with lots of hot sun drying out the grass. It need extra attention. hometurf seems to have the right idea.
