After reviewed here and compare price for my front and back lawn care, I paid for Complete Lawn Care package and paid upfront. From beginning it was game and false promises. First flyer and website says if paid in full by certain date then you will get 10% discount but when I call then I was told that that 12 month price is already discounted.
Now for service, not a single time it was done correctly. I had to make call for service every single time....yes, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Guy spread fertilizer or week pesticides in front but never bother to go on back yard. Then I had to call and rebook for second time. By the time, technician come back for re-service, it would be due for next service call.
For fertilizer, technician spread more on my driveway than grass. I could hardly see any fertilizer on grass and did not see any positive results due to fertilizer. Again, tech. did not bother to spread through the front and back. He hardly spent 2 min for 150ft X 50ft LOT.
For Weedkiller, I never ever seen any significant result due to Hometurf care. Technician did not spend more than 2 min for whole lot. He pour at few spots but did not bother to check the yard to pick most weeds. I called over and over and office re-booked me few times but never seen grass weed free. When asked for clover and crabgrass....technician told that our pesticides will not kill them. THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT OF HIRE THEM?
Aeration and other optional services are joke.
Bottom line,,,,,,NEVER NEVER pay any service to this company (hometurf). They are completely useless. I have doubt as how their rating is so high?. When I talk to couple other people after started my service, all told me the same.
After few services, when I asked to stop further services and refund of unused services, I been told that there is no refund policy. All you can do is credit stays in your account (but no refund)....what will I do with credit in my account when I completely dissatisfied with their service and never ever gonna use it......
Rather than spending time to check their work and effort in calling back...better to do yourself. Less effort and better result...and not raising blood pressure to hear their false promises.
