    Hometurf lawn Care Service

    Hometurf has been doing my lawn for many years. Although I have been satisfied with most of their services, I still have some issues with weeds. I don't think the organic weed control is very effective, I would like to see something stronger being created, as this simply doesn't work.

    Very Dissapointed

    I switched from a more expensive lawn care company to Hometurf this year and I am regretting my decision every since. I paid for the most expensive program which includes 6 scheduled visits (for fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and over seeding). They came once to fertilize and once for weed control in the early spring. There were still tons of weeds so I asked them come back to reapply the weed control. When they came back they reapplied both the weed control and the fertilizer. The double dose of fertilizer killed most of the sod I had planted (over a previous garden). They have not been back to our house since early spring and I have tons of weeds. My lawn used to be on par or better than most of my neighbours and now it is definitely worse. In addition, I asked multiple times for my aeration and overseeding to happen in the spring so I could thicken my lawn and repair my very patchy sod that was ruined by the extra fertilizer. Come mid June they still had not come. At that point, I told them to wait until the fall since I know that the seed will not do well in our hot, hot July and August weather. I will provide an update at the end of the season but at this point I am not happy at all with Hometurf's service.

If there was ever an issue with the lawn we always provide free field visits with our managers to rectify these concerns. Our aeration and seeding service does occur throughout May/June as this is when the service is most beneficial. We are sorry that you felt that June was too late but it will still be very beneficial in the fall. If there is anything more that we can do to help please do not hesitate to contact us.     Missed Weeds

    For the most part the lawn looks great, however there are several spots along the back fence and side that still have weeds. There is a dip with no grass and our ladder is back there. Should this have prevented the service from these areas? I do intend to fill in the dip and grow a garden, so thank you for promising to come back and spray again.

    Regular Service

    We have been using Hometurf for a few years now and been happy with their service overall. They are great about informing us when they will be coming and always show up as planned. The current service was for aeration and fertilizer and they completed the tasks as expected.

    Hometurf Lawn Care has been providing me with outstanding services for seven years so far. Their Superior services are based on excellent products, timely applications, well trained technicians, and extraordinary customer service. I am recommending Home Lawn Care Service to many of my neighbors and friends.

    Great lawncare

    Hometurf offered more service for less than my last lawn care service. the fiesta for the weeds works where it did not work with the last company l had. l now have the best lawn in the neighbourhood.

    Very Bad Service

    Same story as private user, Burlington June 18, 2017. This is the first time we use Hometurf. Never ever again. I requested the overseeding instead of aeration due to our shallow irrigation system, I have called 5 times to complain about the service not received. It is now July and the over seeding has not been done. They have been out twice to fertilize, no over seeding, I was told 4 to 6 weeks after the second fertilization treatment, it has been over 6 weeks, they still haven't called or showed up. What's the point to seed in July when we all know that the seed will not germinate. We have been in business for so many years, we are doing honest business, giving an excellent service, unlike Hometurf, do yourself a favor do not use Hometurf. We definitely wouldn't recommend them . Waste of money.

    Lawn Care (Weed Control)

    I have been with Hometurf for 3 years now and happy wit the service much better than what I have experienced from previous lawn care companies. The service is thorough and customer service is always on par. I would recommend.

    Complete lawn care

    Seven years using diverse companies and at last found a company that has provided a service which my neighbours complement and asking which company I use. Totally satisfied and will use again.

    Hometurf Lawn Care Service

    We've used HomeTurf Lawn Care Service for a few years now and we've been satisfied with the results. Our lawn is certainly healthier than before we started using Hometurf, and I appreciate the information they provide after each service detailing what they have done that day.
