I have used Hometurf for several years. Last fall I had called in to get the Early Bird Special, and, to give them my new credit card number. After their first application for this season, I received a letter saying that I over due in my payment. When I called in to see what the problem was, they had no record of me calling and I was told that the manager was too busy to discuss the matter with me. However, they would charge me the "regular" rate, not the Early Bird rate, minus the late charge. Not impressed. To top that off, I had no follow up treatment for two months. I called to find out what was wrong, it seems that I was missed, however, they did get someone out about three days later to catch up with the proper application, followed a week later by the regular treatment.
