    Lawn care

    Not happy & disappointed - extremely poor customer service. Called and sent them an email as well explaining problem. Received an e-mail response that they would get back to us. Its been 4 days - have not heard anything. Called back today and cancelled service as we have had them for several years and our grass this year is horrible !!

    Yard Service

    Hometurf comes a few times in the spring/summer season, and they are always on time, and the grass has never looked better. Ever since we started with then there have been little to non dandelions

    Third Year Customer / Repeat Visits Required (and getting tiresome)

    Every year, the labour that is hired has a problem with my house. Either they cannot figure out how to open a gate to the backyard, or miss either side of my front yard. This is not strictly the company's fault. This year has been exceptional. Early Spring Fertilizer on Monday April 17th, 2017. Missed the backyard and half the front yard. Called and was assured someone was coming. No response so I emailed, they came out Tuesday April 18th and got the back yard, but did not do the rest of the front yard. And it's pretty easy to tell (aside from my security cameras), there is no white fertilizer pellet anywhere on that side of the driveway. So I called on Tuesday night and was assured someone was coming out. Nobody came out, so I emailed Thursday April 20th in the evening. No response. I'm not a big fan of airing my grievances in public, in fact this is the first time, but the amount of time I have wasted calling to get them to complete the job is unacceptable. This will be my last year, and I am contemplating alternative measures if I am not satisfied. So far, paid for a service that was not rendered in full. Based on those details it should be clear what my address is as well as the user name. I would appreciate it if someone from the company reached out, got this done right, and assured me this was not going to happen again.

    Lawn maintenance for last 3+ years

    I have been using hometurf for last 3 years. Competitive pricing and professional services. Never had any issues with the service. My lawn is well maintained and healthy. I'm happy with the service and recommended hometurf to my neighbour and friends. Thank you hometurf. Regards Arfeen

    Fertilizing Program

    They have seasonal workers so depends who you get. Each visit a different guy would comes. Some were very careless, one of them damaged our concrete (chipped) while working. Then a guy came and left a note that he fertilized and killed weeds but there were only 3 dandelions brown in the front lawn and no fertilizer granules to be seen. Basically he did not do what he said. I called Hometurf and complained. They said they will send someone else. I said no and did it myself. I never hired them again!!!

    Lawn care

    After 20 years of trying to keep ahead of the weeds, and scorching my lawn from over fertilizing, I finally listened to my wife and engaged Hometurf. I picked them at random, but now I have green lawns with no weeds, and have renewed every year for the last 5 years. Gary B.

    Lawn Care

    Last year I used HomeTurf Lawn Care Service for the first time. Last year my lawn was weed-free and looking great! Back again for another year and looking forward to another year of beautiful grass! Keep up the good work!!

    Excellent Lawn Care

    I’m very pleased with Hometurf service. Our lawn has remained healthy over the several years that we have employed Hometurf through “good summers” and “bad”. When a treatment is applied to our lawn we receive an info brochure showing us that the lawn was both inspected and treated. Also, lately, when treatment of our backyard was missed because a gate was rusted shut, Hometurf made a point of contacting us and arranging for a return visit to separately treat the backyard. About the only concern I have is that we are provided with a single “over-seeding” of the lawn in place of aeration (which we don’t want because of the possibility of damage to our sprinkler system). I would prefer that there was a discount or a choice of some alternate treatment to over-seeding available. [To be fair I must say that I have not yet made this request to Hometurf.]

    Lawn care

    I have been using Hometurf for a couple of years now. I find they provide good value for the money. Fertilizer and weed applications have been done as promised. Overall - quite satisfied with their service.

    lawn care

    The lawns around us were dying. We called Hometurf and now we have the best lawn in our court for not much more than the cost of what we were already spending on lawn seed and fertilizer. We no longer have to worry as the staff at Hometurf look after our lawn and they are always professional.
