We switched to Home Turf a number of years ago and have been very pleased with their service. The backyard is to prone to high weed infestation and when required they have returned and resprayed. We appreciate the notification of the next service date and that they do not bother us with phone calls trying to sell additional services. They will not spray adjacent to patio unless requested. We plan to renew on a regular basis.

Left the gate open. Dog ran away next time I let her out. Want my money back. Refuse to do anything for me. Extremely rude Manager by the name of Desiree at the Mississauga, Ontario location.

We have been up since early AM working in the backyard. Went to water the flowers in the front yard and find a Hometurf report in the front door. Over seeding service completed! Moisture level good, cut height good. A large section of the lawn is brown and not a seed can be found on the lawn. Furthermore we have been in the yard all morning and have not seen a soul. We had a good first year with HT but this year has been brutal. I watched a young fellow fertilize our lawn (we have a large lot) and he did about half of it. They did come back and redo the yard but today takes the cake. Unfortunately we have paid in advance but lesson learned and this will be our last year with them.

My lawn is getting worst, since I hired their service. Weeds are growing more and more and grass is getting yellow and dry patches. Either their products are not effective or they are not their job properly. Although I did the overseeding and have the sprinkler system for watering. I informed them but their response is very poor.

New Customer in 2019, transferred from another supplier, Great Service with Friendly, knowledgeable Specialists. Today, they did liquid aeration rather than mechanical aeration due to Covid-19 which will be done in the fall, without adding to my annual cost.

their customer service is amazing. The weed control did not work as well for us. Everything we called they scheduled a respray by unfortunately the weed we hadwas very persistent.

Hometurf did a liquid aeration due to Covid as only one person is needed to do this service. Normally a machine is used. It was very thoughtful of Hometurf to provide this more expensive service at no extra cost this year.

We’ve had two applications out of 6. Weeds are a big problem at our house. We had our first application later in the season so, we are looking forward to when they come back up late summer/early fall to see if the applications work! We need help and hoping Hometurf is the answer. Will post another review once it’s all done. They are quick and honest. We noticed the fertilization hadn’t been applied despite the email saying it would. When we looked at the sign of what they had accomplished they stated they did not put the fertilization and will need to return. They came back a week later to add the fertilization.

I have been using hometurf for a few years. They are very dependable and thorough. They have also been very helpful with any questions I had. I plan to keep using them and I also recommend them to my friends.

This is a very reliable, high quality lawn care company that is so easy to book and provides a great product and service. I tried another company and came back.....to stay!
