Our service reports are dropped off at your door, but also emailed to you after every service visit and logged in your account that is accessible online only to you 24/7. We also have regular emailed alerts and newsletters. We will also call if an urgent concern is noted at your property. We use a lot of technology to ensure the best service in the business including gps tracking, mobile computers in each truck that track progress on lawns and log activity on your lawn. I'm sorry you feel that you aren't getting the service you expect. Our services are always subject to weather and if you recall, everyone had to shut down for a whole week in April with unexpected snow and severe frost. Applications during that time (or in times of severe heat like right now) would injure our customers lawns rather than help. We will always get your services in throughout the season, and we'll ensure they are done so that your lawn benefits. In the meanwhile, please call me so I can make sure you are taken care of. Also, if you wish to pay as you go, that is fine with us, prepayment is offered as a convenience to our customers to lessen paperwork, while giving you a generous discount for doing so. Kyle.
