    residential toilet replacement

    After a home toilet replacement installation didn't go well due to a water leaking issue, decided to call in the experts. Impressed by Mr. Rooter website and background details so decided to call. Just like the website says - excellent friendly service and in all only took about 2 1/2 hours from the first call to the repair being completed. Ziggy Koska was wonderful - helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend and/or use Mr. Rooter services again if the need arise. Very impressed.

    Fixing leaking tap

    I called Mr. Rooter and they sent a tech'n to my condo within the hour. The tech'n (John Dima), was polite, and covered his boots with medical booties, to keep my floor clean (much appriciated). He looked and my sink and plumbing and soon found the problem. He promply fixed the leak.

    Valve replacement

    We had a leak in a valve that needed to be fixed immediately so we could get our water turned back on. I called various places and they all said they were busy. I called Mr Rooter and the friendly receptionist said they could send someone within the next two hours. This was such a relief. The work was done well and everything functioned properly. It wasn't cheap for what it was but it fit our needs.

    locating & fixing leak in dual kitchen sinks

    I detected a leak under my kitchen sinks on Christmas Day while entertaining family. Selected Mr Rooter from phone book. Within a 4.0 hour time frame I made contact (Erica) and had the problem resolved by Keith, & had a follow up call to ensure that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction (Pam). Needless to say I was very happy & appreciative of the entire first experience with this company (Mr Rooter)

    Plumbing - Broken Sump Pump

    We called 5 different emergency plumbing companies at 1am in the morning. No one answered except Mr. Rooter. They sent over a true professional in Travis. He fixed up our sump pump so we are safe from flooding once again. It was actually better then new with extra parts and high quality equipment. We will certainly call Mr. Rooter again and we will be asking for Travis. Thanks again, S.

    Drain Clean

    Fast response time, but expensive. The upfront "Pay before we come" thing was almost a deal-breaker for me, since other plumbers don't really do that, but this was an emergency so oh well.

    Plumbing Service

    I looked up yellow pages and mr. rooter appeared to be quite reputable. I called several other plumbing services that were all not able to arrive within several hours. Mr. Rooter was able to come within 3 hours as i requested and had the flooded problem solved. Very knowledgeable plumber who broke down how the system works for me. Thanks

    Repeated clogged toilets

    Since I moved into my condo, I have had repeated problems with a toilet clogging. The front line service at Mr. Rooter right from the people answering the phone has been top notch. The level of customer service in terms of professionalism and response time is to be commended. The plumbers in particular, David, Travis and Keith, have been incredibly impressive not only in terms of the knowledge of their trade, but also in terms of the level of customer service, friendliness and their honesty. They have explained the problem is such a way that is understandable while at the same time trying to minimize repeated expenses on my part. I would recommend any of them in a heartbeat!

    Leak under sink late on a Sat afternoon

    Had a major leak from under the sink that appeared late on a Sat afternoon. Sent an email to Mr. Rooter and got a call back within 20 min and a visit within an hour. David checked out the problem and promised a fix first thing in the morning. Had to replace all the pipes under the dual sinks. Was there on time and got it all fixed up before noon. Checked with others and the price was comparable, there was no extra charge for an immediate weekend visit.

    Checking basement drain/trap for blockage and assess drains.

    Jason White came to our house to camera scope our basement floor drains. He was recommended to us by my sister. Jason was fantastic! He kept to his appointment time, was very knowledgable and friendly! He presented all options (worst and best case scenario). Left us feeling confident that we had made the right choice to call Mr. Rooter.
