They were on time, efficient, clean and friendly. As a side note, so was the Town of Markham who had to turn the water off from the outside. Not only did Mr Rooter do a professional job, they were very easy for my wife to deal with since I wasn't home and also inspected the other taps and toilets in the house to see if they were functioning properly. My wife will appreciate the branded nail filer, and I will definitely call them next time I need plumbing work done! Thank you for making this such a great experience!Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I had an emergency and the plumber came in within an hour and half and looked at the problem. He saw what the problem was and gave me an estimate of the problem. He fixed the problem, opening the toilet up, it was fast and he cleaned after him self. He told me that if I can become a member I would receive, member discounts anytime I needed the service again. I agreed and became a member with a discount on the job done the same day. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Mr. Rooter.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

Joseph did an amazing job finding and unclogging a main pipe that caused FIVE clogged drains in our home today. Fixed in under 30 minutes! Even arrived half an hour early...Answer from pro:

My wife and i purchased a new fridge that had a water dispenser. We needed to install a water line to connect to the fridge. After getting 3 quotes we went with mr rooter. They were not the cheapest but we felt they where the best for the job getting done right. today we enjoy our new fridge and we have peace of mind that we went with a true pro.. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The Good: They came very quickly, were very nice and professional and fixed our outdoor plumbing within 48 hours on the weekend. The Bad: They did warn us there might be more work and once they were done, said it would be another $4,000 to replace the plumbing, damaged by roots, all the way to the street. I asked to see the camera and they showed me a number of hairline roots that were “ticking time bombs”. We live in a nice house, but have had a bad few months for money and told them we couldn’t afford it right now. Plus, it didn’t look that bad to me. The Ugly: The next day, our toilet overflowed with sewage again. This time, my wife called the city to see if they could do anything. They came by quickly, did an inspection and found the problem with the roots was clearly on city property, not our property. I asked them directly and they said that fixing the pipes on our property would not have fixed the problem, it was clearly a city problem and we would have been ripped off 4K. So I’m really thankful my wife saved us all that money and I’m not likely to use Mr. Rooter again.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I completely gutted my kitchen and needed to move the sink drain and water pipes for my new configuration. Keith, Mr. Rooter's technician, came out to give me a quote. The quote was on par with the other quotes I got. But, it was Keith's friendly attitude and knowledge that sold me. Keith (and Travis, another technician at Mr. Rooter) got the work done in less time than he said it would take. When I needed him to come back to finish the job, he came in the next day when it was his day off. And when there was a slight issue afterward, he came right away. I would definately reccommend both Keith and Travis from Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber.Answer from pro:

We're renovating our kitchen and main floor bathroom and it has involved Mr Rooter (Ziggy) having to make numerous visits (unhooking appliances, upgrading toilet, installing kitchen faucets, etc.). On all occasions, Mr Rooter has been prompt, courteous and done an excellent job. From the receptionist to the plumber, everyone has been so helpful.
