    Replace leaking faucet in the guest bathroom

    Mr. John Dima has done a great job to replace my leaking faucet in the guest bathroom. Initially I thought it was the toilet that was having a leak. But Mr. Dima quickly confirmed that it was the faucet that was having a leaking, not the toilet. Fast and efficient!

    Leak in Bathroom

    Once again Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue. I had water leaking into my laundry room from the bathroom above. Called Mr. rooter and they sent Marc out to me. He arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, as he said he just finished a job around the corner. When Mark arrived, as always, the booties went on before he came in my house. Mark checked out the bathtub methodically, until he found that there was a "pinhole" leak up by the shower head. He carefully had cut out the drywall so that it could be reused to close the opening. He fixed the leak by replacing the damaged portion of pipe, cleaned everything thing up as if he was never there. Again I thank Mr. Rooter for coming to my rescue.

    kit sink clogged

    I was extremely happy with the quick service. From the booking of the call until the plumber John D came and helped me out with my kitchen sink. My wife and I were having people over for dinner, she got stuck at work and i had to start dinner. The kitchen sink got clogged and i didnt know how to fix it. I made a quick call to Mr Rooter and John was here right away! He came with all the right things, was neat and tidy - even wore booties. He sensed my panic and explained everything as he went along. By the time my wife got home she never even knew the difference! Thank you so much John and Mr Rooter - I am definately keeping the fridge magnet in full sight on my fridge!

    Clogged Toilet

    The price was high but the plumber was quick and completed the issue quickly. If you are willing to pay the high price you will get good quality service. The minute the phone call was placed the service order was placed.

    changing the sink pipe

    The pipes were really old and needed to be replaced. I bought my own pipe but needed the expertise of a professional plumbing service. I heard about Mr Rooter from google and fixed an appointment. The gentleman was on time and changed the pipe within 20 minutes. I was happy with the service and the price I paid for.

    Rocking Toliet Tank

    It was my co-worker recommend Mr Rooter Plumbering for us. The toilet tank is just five years old and it started moving around. At first, we just ignore it as long as there has no water leaking. Then after couple days, it has been rocking harder and making funny noise, then we saw water leaking around the toilet tank. So we can Mr Rooter that day. We were very impressed how quickly they arrived to our house after couple hours that we had made that phone call. We thought it's going to be expensive and need to replace a new toilet. Less than two hour, everything was done and fixed. They said there has no crack, so they tightened each bolt and use some clear silicone to hold it all. I find Mr Rooter Plumbing honest and efficiency. I am glad I call them.

    Plumbing

    The plumber from Mr. Rooter slipped on his shoe covers and immediately knew how to diagnose the problem. Till this day I still call Mr. Rooter whenever I have any plumbing issues and they never cease to meet, or exceed, my high expectations. Highly Recommended!

    plumbing

    Excellent, friendly service. Estimates upfront and no hidden/added charges. Arrived on time and left my home clean. The plumber (Phil) knows his profession and didn't waste time in fixing the problem. The same person comes back, so he is beginning to know the house and sees the bigger picture when looking at the issue called about. Mr. Rooter is my first and only call for plumbing matters.

    Plumbing Clog

    When I called the customer service person was very helpful and told me they'd have someone there in an hour, better than the 3 hour wait another company told me. The plumber (Sasha) arrived around an hour later and gave me quotes on the two ways we could try. The cheaper way - to just snake the drain, or the best way - to take out the toilet and use a big snake. I went with the cheaper way, hoping it would work. The first time he snaked the drain it did not clear the clog. Rather than trying to push me to go with the more expensive option he just snaked it again to be sure. He was able to clear a good part of the clog and some water started draining. He snaked two more times and got everything cleared out and draining well. Very professional service and they got the job done. I hope I don't have any plumbing problems in the future, but if I do I will definately call them.

    Leak fix

    Great experience from this company. Fixed a leak I had in my bathroom sink. Came promptly and acted very professional. Fixed the issue very quick, quicker than I expected. Would use their service again!
