    snake the sink and toilet, pricing for installations of toilet and shower head. Marc Resendes

    Excellent service, great advice and friendly advice. I would recommend anyone to call Mr. Rooter and ask for Marc Resendes because he offers top-notch help. I required help because the bathtub did not drain of water and Marc not only quickly fixed the issue but also gave great advice to solve the problem and shed some light on the main problems at hand.

    Fixed Leaking Ball Valve

    Mr Rooter plumber was pleasant when he arrived to fix our leak. He provided a quick diagnosis and repair to our problem. I would recommend Mr. Rooter East York to anyone who requires the services of a professional plumber!

    Bathroom sink

    Had a very good experience with Mr. Joseph Di Stefano; who provided very pleasant, efficient, and professional service. Was also very accomomodating and ensured that the problem was fully rectified before signing off on it.

    Fixed leaky faucet and installed new seasonal shut off vale

    Marc Resendes came by and did an excellent job of diagnosing several issues in my hme way beyond the scope of the actual work performed. He fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom which was driving me nuts. I also noticed a leak in my shut off valve in the basement. He installed a new shut off which no longer leaks and is easier to shut off. He was really professional and did everything in a timely manner and cleaned everything up afterwards. He also included a free home inspection which I was happy about. I would recommmend signing up for the membership to get the preferred. We'll be using Mr Rooter again the future.

    Plumbing - blocked drain

    Called Mr. Rooter after after our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't relieve the problem by snaking/taking apart the piping under the sink. They were great. Sent us help for 9 am on a Sunday. Dealt with Joseph Di Stefano on this job. He was excellent. Very informative and a straight shooter. Enjoyed the conversation while he got to work fixing the problem. Fast, friendly and fair = very happy customer. Chris in Brampton

    Replacement of P-trap

    Excellent and friendly service by Joseph D. Very efficient and excellent communication with the team and was able to get service within 2 hours. Highly recommend this service. Very convenient and professional.

    new kitchen faucet installed, running toilet repaired a 2 bathroom pop ups replace

    I called a previous company I used who could not come out until Tuesday. I called Mr Rooter and was extremely happy to find out someone could come out today in fact, in a couple of hours. It started out I wanted the kitchen faucet changed because mine was dripping and also the toilet started running. Phil showed up and check out the 2 things and explained what needed to be done and the cost. The cost was reasonable and I thought I would squeeze in a couple of other problems. The pop-ups in two washrooms had broken - Phi explained what needed to be done and the cost. I can't say enough about the dedication and professionalism that Phil brought to the job. I am thrilled with the work done - Phil was quick and there wasn't a mess to be found. Phil also explained the benefits of joining the Advantage Plan since I pointed out 2 further project I wanted done this summer. Thanks!!!!!

    Clogged Toilet

    Our toilet in the downstairs washroom was very clogged and we were expecting guests that day. A good friend suggested that we call mr rooters. I called Mr Rooter and explained my situation and staff was very kind and they promised me they would fix it far before my guests would arrive. Marc from Mr Rooter promptly showed up about half an hour later and began working immediately. The toilet was unclogged quickly and absolutely no mess was left behind. We were so impressed by how efficient and professional Mr Rooter was so we signed up for a membership. Now whenever we have any sort of problem, we never hesitate to call Mr Rooter.

    sink leak!

    My sink had a terrible leak in my upstairs bathroom and I called so many services, but none of them showed up or were available in short-notice. When I called Mr. Rooter, they showed up at my door an hour later! They worked hard to fix the leak and did it in efficient time. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again!

    Replace washing machine hoses and fix bath faucet leak

    Marc from Mr. Rooter came to our condo twice. On the first visit he advised us that to repair our leaking bath faucet we would have to order the parts from Kohler. He explained if we ordered them ourselves, Kohler would send the parts for free and that would be more economical than having him find the parts for us. We paid $100 for membership so that we could get a better rate on future services. After the parts arrived, we had Marc back and he fixed the bath faucet at no charge. During that same visit he replace our 10 year old rubber washing machine hoses with stainless steel braided ones for $230. He also did a free plumbing inspection and gave us a lot of great advice. We'll definitely call him again for future plumbing projects.
