    emergency fix

    I rent out a house in Toronto, and had water pouring out of the basement floor. Chris came at the time he stated and fixed the problem. He kept in touch me through the whole thing, every step! Usually I have felt like service companies and people try and sneak things past you to make that "extra" buck. Chris kept me informed and made sure I understood what he was doing and why.He was very honest with me. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything that I didn't need! Thanks Chris!

    Leaky pipe and replaced faucet

    Adrian was an excellent representative of MR Rooter, we appereciated his knowledge, effiency and cleanliness. We keept us informed every step of the way as becamed necessary to do more then we had originally anticipated.

    Plumbing Inspection

    Brian Pellet was great. He was knowledgable and seemed quite experienced with what he was tallking about. As a result I felt quite comfortable as he was being straight forward about everything. I will continue to use Brian at Mr. Rooter, in fact, I purchased a life long membership allowing me greater discounts for their already exceptional service.

    Kitchen sink imstalation

    We were very impressed and satisfied with Adrian and Mr. Rooter. As new homeowners, we felt well looked after, and treated very fairly. He not only installed our sink and taps, but corrected mistakes. We have recommended Adrian to our friends.

    Basement backing-up

    After phone call was placed, within an hour I had Adrian at the front door of my house. Dressed in clean uniform, wearing shoe covers and providing professional advice regarding my basement drain system. His knowledge and experience was clearly evident through quick troubleshooting and determining cause of my basement being flooded. Solution was provided immediately, and I will always call Mr. Rooter for any plumbing work.

    replacement of shower faucet

    We needed our shower taps replaced at our rental house in North York and Chris from Mr.Rooter did such a great job,installing a single lever control ,the job was very neat and tidy and left the job in great shape for my tile man. I would use Mr.Rooter again no problem

    Plumbing Repair

    Mr. Rooter has come several times to deal with general plumbing repairs and emergencies. Each time the technician was friendly and very helpful. So far all the work they have completed has been successful and the problems rectified. I would definately call them again.

    Replace working parts inside a toilet tank and replacing a control tap and stopping a leak under the bathroom handbasin.

    Arrived exactly on time. Obviously knew what needed to be done to resolve the problems and exactly how to do it. All problems now dealt with and everything is working fine. And Brian cleaned everything when finished. Brian Pellett is a nice gentleman.

    Plumbing

    Mr. Rooter's was fast, friendly and efficient!! They are available 24/7 and they provide expertise in the field. Very thorough and reliable. We will definitely use them again. Mike the technition was amazing from beginning to end..This was our first time with Mr. Rooter's and we want to say....Thank you for making the first impression a very lasting one..Daniela & Bruno

    Shower Faucet Repair

    Les was polite and very professional in his work.He arrived and did not waste any time. The repair was done quickly and he did a complete inspection of the house. I would definitly use his servives again.
