    Toilet replaced

    I called Mr.Rooter to change old toilet to high efficiency one, repair another toilet. They always came on time, very exceptional service. Within 3 hours all of the job was done very neatly. Adrian even clear the bathrooms sinks drains whitout any charge. Work is done very professionally and high quality and he is very helpful and very good guy.

    Blocked floor drain

    Mr. Rooter has reliably responded to a variety of plumbing issues over the years; most recently, a blocked floor drain which required excavation and a proper connection. As part of their follow up, Frano is even coming back to see us next week to try and locate the source of a bad smell in the basement and ensure it is not related to their work. I know we are in good hands with Mr. Rooter plumbing.

    Replacing sump pump and putting a valve on basement drain

    After the nightmare no one wants to experience--sewage backup in the basement shortly after moving in--we, of course wanted to make sure this would never happen again. Every plumber we called, including some recommended on homestars, wanted to charge us $265 or more for the first visit, claiming they were going to put a camera down our basement drain to check if we could install a back flow valve. For pete's sake--we just wanted someone to come look at our basement and talk to us! Fortunately, Fred from Mr. Rooter came out no problem and no charge, spent about 1/2-hour to an hour in the basement with us talking through different options. When he was done, he left us with two different quotes for two different options. We went with the option of replacing the sump pump and installing test valves on the basement drains. When John came, he finished much more quickly than I expected him to. He answered all my questions, showed me his work, left the space cleaner than he had found it. The only reason I gave them a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because for both appointments I ended up calling to see where they were, since they showed up at least an hour after the time they had said. But honestly, that is not a big deal now that I have the peace of mind knowing my basement is going to stay clean and dry. Great job, and thanks for making it so painless.

    Plumbing

    Very professional, over in less than half hour. The cost of just labour $ 270. A simple job requiring removing the old kitchen faucet and installing a new one. Unfortunately none of the plumbing companies quote you a price over the phone. Wonder why, cuz it's not rocket science we are talking about, and the prices for every type of work are all published in their handbooks. So, what's the secrecy about?

    Kitchen Faucet Replacement

    Robert came to do an estimate on what it would cost to fix my client's kitchen tap in her condo that we were leasing. He not only installed a new on for us on the fly, but then became my super hero. I had parked in the wrong space and after I let Robert in to the building (to install the tap) I came back down to the parking lot to move my car, but the spot's owner had blocked me in so that I wouldn't be able to escape. I figured, I would have to sit in my car until whenever the owner decided to return. Robert saved the day. After he installed the kitchen tap he then went into the neighbouring building and asked each business on 4 floors about the parking spot until he located the owner. He convinced her to come down and let me out. Thanks Robert! I will definitely recommend you and Mr. Rooter in the future!

    leaking toilet

    I needed a plumber and called Mr. Rooter. I was very pleased with the quick response time from Mr. Rooter. Brian was great, he provided other alternatives and very good service. I would not hesitate to use them again

    Toilet problem

    Had a very good experience with Mr. Rooter. Adrian the master plumber came over and did a great job. He is a professional who knows his stuff and would definately use Mr. Rooter again. Thanks to the hole Mr. Rooter team.

    Install bathroom sink

    We called Mr. Rooter for service and were pleasantly surprised when master plumber Rick showed up to our door. Rick worked his butt off and provided great service. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again and ask for Rick.

    drain

    i've really appreciate mr.mike and chris,{from MR.ROOTER}the work that they had, done is really amazing, when they steped in to the property, they figured problem by smelling out and then they didnt waste a single minutes there ,went straight to the manhole and opened it.manhole was filled with grease,that was blocking the entire building drain out it wasn't maintainced for the several years. ive really really appreciate for there job really amazing thanks to them

    Fixing part of toilet and replacing safety valve

    While the age of our house presented particular problems (old brass pipes), Alexi was both diligent and determined. Coming back on three separate occasions, and searching numerous suppliers, he managed to find the right pieces and, having them, was quick and courteous in his work. He approaches his work with professionalism and a sense of humor. Highly recommended.
