my problem started with a drip at the shut off valve. Chris Cochrane from Mr. Rooter arrived and quickly advised me that this problem couldn't be repaired by just replacing the tap, due to old lead pipes. He called in his boss, Fred, for another opinion and to see if anything else could be done before my basement had to be dug up. Fred gave me another option which was to go through my wall which was better than digging up my basement. Although this new water system that I had installed, was expensive, and I could have gotten another opinion and perhaps a lesser rate, I chose to stay with Mr. Rooter since both Chris and Fred made me feel comfortable, they answered all my questions, eased my anxiety level and spoke to my neighbour about what they had to do, since my water pipes where under her driveway. This work was performed on Monday. Igor arrived promptly at 9a.m. and worked all day to get this job done in one day. The work site on my neighbours driveway was left neat and clean. This is the first time that I have used Mr. Rooter and they now will be my plumbers of choice. I was very pleased with everyone that I dealt with at Mr. Rooter. Thanks to Chris, Fred and Igor and crew, for making this large project as painless as possible for me.
