    Kitchen sink back up

    We had a big mess on our hands. They came when they say they would. Chris found the problem right away and fixed it. Clean was done and everything was back to normal I would definitly call Chris and Mr. Rooter again.

    Hot Water Heater pipe leak.

    We came home to our hot water heater spraying water all over the basement. The problem turned out to be a pinhole leak in the hot water pipe leading into the tank. The hot water heater's a rental, so we called Direct Energy to fix the problem. They showed up in the morning, and told us it was a plumbing vs a tank problem, so we'd therefore be charged their plumbing rates. And we'd have to rebook an appointment with one of their plumbers. And he said it would be a messy job. We told them to forget it. Called Mr. Rooter instead. Never used them before. Their office seems to run in a very organized fashion. Set up the appt easily and was happy to learn that there was no assessment fee. Also happy that a plumber could come out within a few hours. Robert Plantic arrived a few hours after I called. He was very professional, told me I needed a new elbow joint and then gave me a quote. I gave him the green light to start work. He completed the job in less than an hour. He used a plastic vs copper fitting as he says it's more durable and doesn't cool down the hot water the way copper does. Hot water is back on, and there are no problems so far.

    water constantly running

    I am glad to say that I was delighted with the service that I recieved from Brian at Mr. Rooter plumbing. He listened to what I had to say and he directed me in the right direction. Mr. Rooter came with a good reputation of doing quality work and definitely lived up to it, that's for sure. I am also glad that I purchased a lifetime mebership which enabled me to save money on this job and on every other job that I need to get done in the future. Thanks a lot to Mr. Rooter plumbing and Brian, you guys operate a first class operation.

    Plubing problem

    I called Mr. Rooter plumbing and was very pleased with the service. Alexie was very clean, neat and polite. Before entering the house, he removed his shoes and then made sure that the floor was covered with shets, I really appreciated that. He gave and exact estimate of the price and the time it would take to have the problem fixed, he also offered choices to rectify the problem. One of the main reasons I will use Mr. Rooter in the future and ask for Alexi is tha fact that they showed up when they said they would, on time. Overall i am very pleased with the service and would use them in the future. Thank you Mr. Rooter plumbing.

    plumbing- faucets, toilet

    Mike arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, and solved the bathroom plumbing problems quickly. He has done plumbing work at our home once before with the same expert service and I would recommend him highly.

    Clogged Kitchen sink

    Had a Saturday dinner party almost ruined by a clogged kitchen sink which turned out to also have a small leak, we had been fighting with this sink for a month, thanks to John from Mr. Rooter the downtown east location all was taken care of promptly and curteously within 2 hrs of our call...very professional with a 90 day guarantee...don't know what else I could of done other than leave it to a pro...thanks John.

    Repair of "botched" pumbing job on a dishwasher

    Brian Pellett was the technician sent out - he came from Scarborough (a long trip) - diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes total - totally worth it - I will use Mr. Rooter again every time and will ask for Brian (even though the drive is a long one).

    leaking valve

    I neede Mr. Rooter plumbing once again. I recieved great service from John the first time I needed a plumber so I called MR. Rooter back again. Once again John showed up to help us out. John did great work and cleaned up after himself. I would definately use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them to my frinds as well. Thank John once again for helping us out

    Main drain backing up

    We had our drains backing up in the basement and we ended up calling Mr. Rooter plumbing. Frano showed up on time to help us out. He was very pleasant, informative and helpful by explaining everythng to us so that we could make the correct decision. We ended up replacing the main drain line both inside and outside of the house. Vadym and Roman did a fantastic job. They worked extremely hard throughout the entire job.They worked over the Easter week-end. They were very pleasant and efficient and we were hardly inconvenienced. We would like to thank Mr. Rooter, Frano and the crew for helping us out. We even recieved a 25 year warranty on the work that was done. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing to whomever has a drain problem.

    leaking bathroom faucet

    We had a leaking faucet and we needed to call plumber. We are very glad that we ended up calling Mr. Rooter plumbing. Vadym showed up on time as sceduled. He was very helpful and fixed the problem ina professional manner. we would not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter plumbing again in the future. Thanks Vadym
