    Kitchen

    When he came to the job site Les new what was the problem with the kitchen tab. Explained very professionally of why this happened and how it can be solved.

    Plumbing Issue

    Excellent service on getting the issue resolved in our kitchen. He was persistent in getting the clogged removed. Clean service and professional attitude. The drain has not been working for a couple of days now but he ensured by multiple testing that it is completely resolved.

    Slow-flushing basement toilet

    John Dima arrived on time, gave quick assessment (toilet needs to be replaced, drain MAY need to be checked) and returned the next day with a new toilet. Isolated tree root found in toilet base and removed. Drain checked (no problem there).New toilet installed. John also was able to replace dripping kitchen faucet (customer supplied) and supply shut-off valves under the sink all during the same visit. He fully explained all the problems and the available solutions and we were able to make informed decisions. A terrific job by a knowledgible employee.

    sink, leak

    Les was a great help in fixing our leaky sink. He took the time to explain the job In a way we could understand. He was quick clean Thanks Les and Mr rooter

    dishwasher

    Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I bought my house the dishwasher was not working and after many different service contractors the problem still persisted. It was finally realized that the plumbing was faulty and i was recommended to use Mr. Rooter. My dishwasher is finally working!

    Main Shut Off Valve for the water main needed to be replaced.

    Today we had our 20 plus year old furnace and water heater replaced. To replace the water heater we needed to shut of the main water valve. Something which we have not done for more then 15 years. We'll the valve was stripped and stuck and the water was not coming off. With our furnace contractor here we needed to call a plumber to do the job. I ended up calling Mr Rooter, and the dispatch lady (Very nice sounding Chaia) was able to instruct me on who to call in the city to have our water shut off, and send me a plumber. He did a quick and clean job of it and had our furnace contract back on track to replacing our water heater. Over all we are happy that its done and done right. Thanks.

    Water line upgrade from lead to copper

    I needed to replace a lead line in an old house with no basement - all the connections were in a difficult to access crawl space. Robert Plantic made two trips to my house to figure out the best way of doing the work. Ihor Vydysh, who actually did the work, managed to get a very tricky job done in one day as predicted. When a small unexpected problem was identified, Ihor came back promptly and cheefully to fix it up. I would definitely use this company again.

    Fixed Bathroom fauchet

    Chris is very nice and professional,fixed the problem right away,but most of all he left my bathroom like nothing happened...no mess at all and the fauchet work like a charm. This is not my first time having plumming problem...I know that not everyone does that.Thank's Chris....keep up the good work

    Clearing plugged drain in bsmnt kitchen area

    Ric arrived on the scene promptly and very graciously and quickly showed us he was a competent and personable individual -(as well as being an excellent professional). He explained things thoroughly and was expert in his efforts to clean a badly plugged drain pipe(some distance away). Susan and I would highly recommend this company and espescially Ric. Thanks for your prompt/professional and competent service.

    Basement drain excavation

    We called Mr. Rooter to have our basement drain serviced as it backed up and flooded our laundry room, Mike Ranger the technician that came out to inspect and service the problem was excellent. I think that he is a very good representative for Mr. Rooter and he took the time to explain the problem to me in its entirety. Mike was very personable and friendly, we even had a good conversation while he was here completing the work. I just wanted to acknowledge him as an employee of Mr. Rooter and also to let the company know that he provided great customer service. This is our first home and our first major problem and although this was a costly one at least the people made the experience better for us.
