    Laundry Room drain blockage

    Robert provided a prompt and courteous service overall, and was tidy in his work. After a thorough drain inspection, which he explained in terms that I could understand well, he cleared the blockage effectively. He also fixed the water taps and tubing for the laundry machine. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

    2 BATHROOM SINKS AND DRAINS

    Les is very knowledgeable, friendly and fast in doing the job. Is good to have a real plumber next to you when you need it above all he cleans up when the job is completed.

    Bathroom toilet block

    We were very happy to see Chris as one of my children dropped a toy and flushed it down the toilet. Chris helped to clean the mess, which was most appreciative. He removed the toilet to get the toy out and put it back in place. The bathroom looked better than when he started, you wouldn't have known he was there. We own more than one house and we will happily have Chris come to do more work for us.

    uninstall dishwasher, clothing washer and adjust water shut off valves

    I was very impressed with the whole service. Chris went beyond what was expected and gave me some tips on how to repair simple leaks if ever needed. Very fast and friendly service. Highly recommended!

    Main drain backing-up

    I own a place in downtown toronto and after midnight the main drain start backing up. I called Mr. Rooter and they send Adrian who showed up in less than an hour. He snaked the main and save us from a big trouble. Thank you guys, you are the best!

    main drain

    I had a huge flood into my basement and called Mr. Rooter, Chris showed up and came to the rescue. I was very nervous that it would be very expensive, Chris helped me with this great price to help solve all my problems. No leaks since he cleared the main drain. Thanks chris.

    Water main valve replacement

    Our water main valve was leaking significantly. Plumbers we'd used in the past were unavailable, so we turned to the Yellow Pages and elected to try Mr. Rooter. The price was a bit steep, but (a) they came out very quickly to deal with the issue, (b) they did so on a Sunday morning and (c) they finished the job in no time. Chris Cochrane was their representative that did the work and he was fantastic! Besides be friendly and efficient, Chris offered to do an inspection of the house while we waited for the city to come back and turn on the water. He gave me alot of tips that improve our plumbing throughout the house. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter (and, in particular, Chris Cochrane) to any one in need of plumbing help. A very positive experience.

    kitchen sink clogged

    it started a month ago to drain little slower then got clogged completly. I called mr rooter and came in about an hour mr Adrian. He done a wonderfull job as now my sink drains verry well. I kindly recomend Adrian as a plumber as he's doing a fast and good job

    Clear blockage in pipe at laundry tub area

    We had a blockage in the pipes under the laundry tub. Chris from Mr. Rooter came in and fixed the problem, and actually better than fix the problem, the tub drains better than it ever did. Chris showed me the stuff that was in the pipe (years and years of grease) it was nasty. Chris cleaned up and left the room as he saw it when he came in. Chris was also very good at answering all of the questions we had. We highly recommend Chris for any problem you may have

    Drain Replacement

    I had my main drain snaked and camera inspected by a competitor. I needed excavation work, but the quote was high. I called Mr. Rooter to see if they were interested in giving me another quote. Since I had already paid to have a camera inspection, I was not willing to pay for it again. Sean came and inspected the drain at no charge and gave me a more reasonable quote. I decided to go with them. I had had problems with some drain companies in the past, but Sean was completely professional. He diagnosed the problems correctly, did what he said he would do, explained everything, and was always courteous and on time. His workman, Jimmy, also did an excellent job. They both left the place clean and neat. I have no hesitation in recommending them both.
