    Slow bathroom drain

    Had a slow moving drain in both the bathroom tub and sink. Keith came in evaluated the situation and immediately went to work removing the debris that had accumulated in the pipes. He offered advice on how to maintain clear pipes and was very professional. I appreciated the quick service, professionalisim and kindness.

    Replace siphon and flapper in toilet.

    I bought a flapper from Home Depot (the one recommended by their expert) and tried to fix the toilet myself but gave up (wrong flapper). Called Mr. Rooter and it now works better than when it was new and that was 48 years ago.

    Retrieved Stopper from Drainpipe

    Brian came to our home, was told the problem and he immediately gave us a favourable estimate. He proceeded with the necessary work and within 5 minutes had the problem solved. He also took the time to ensure there was no leakage from our sink. I re3commend him for a substantial increase in pay. Thanks Brian. Tom Evans

    Clogged sink

    I 've seen many plumbers at work before but nobody was so profesional and skilled like Adrian . My sink was cleanup in no time and my life become normal again .... Thanks Adrian !

    Basement lick

    I had a water leak in my basement and Adrian has done a very good job, replacing the broken pipes. Thank you very much again Adrian, and keep up the good work!

    Toilet leak

    I had a toilet what was leaking in the basement on Christmas time. I called Mr. Rooter and they send Adrian in less than an hour. He fixed the toilet and also replaced the main shut-off valve. I was very happy for the service performed and I recommend them to everybody.

    Fix a leaking tub tap that I couldn't do myself

    Mr. Rooter was able to send someone the same day, but I opted for next day service to meet my schedule. Robert Plantic arrived at my place about an hour after I confirmed I was available, introduced himself, then immediately threw down a mat and put on shoe covers to protect my floors/carpets. He listened to my concerns, took a look at the offending leaky tub tap, explained what was needed, and gave an exact quote for the work. He later showed me the damage to the original parts and and explained why my attempts at washer replacements had not stopped the leak. We also consulted on some exterior tap work, but decided to defer until spring since I will get no value from it until then. I felt he had my best interests in mind, and was concerned that I get immediate value for my money. NOTE - Mr. Rooter quotes based on the job, not on the time. Parts are included. In my situation, I had confirmed that I was unable to do the work myself, and the quote was where I expected it to be.

    toilet run on and valve repair

    The day before Christmas, expecting guests to drop by, last-minute preparations for the next day and waking up to a serious toilet run on in the guest powder room on the main floor. Could not shut off the water - valve was broken. Tried a self repair and broke the ball and arm off. Did a quick Internet search and review, made a phone call to Mr. Rooter and prayed. Luckily Brian had a job cancellation and came over immediately. The toilet was fixed within the hour. THANK YOU, from a very pleased customer. I purchased the membership for lifetime service.

    basement pipes

    I had a heavy lick in my basement, laundry room, and Mrs Adrian has done a very good job, replacing the broken pipes.     Kitchen faucet leaking

    leaking faucet called mr. rooter Chris showed up knew exactly what type of faucet and how to fix it. Did it in a timely fashion and cleaned up his mess we are very impresssed. Thanks Chris and Mr. Rooter we'll use you anytime.
