    Plumbing repairs

    John Dima is an extremely nice and competent person. The work he did was without any glitches, clean and extremely well done. He even put back the items under the sinks after having had to remove them to work! (that is not usually the plumbers job...) Plus he was in a fabulous mood and really just a great worker to have around (so many people don't like their jobs and make you know it...) would recommend him anytime and will definitely ask for him personally should I need a plumber in the future. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

    Plugged drain

    I awoke last Saturday morning to water spewing out of my kitchen sink drain, and over my counter top. Robert from Mr. Rooter showed up. Very professional. A difficult job but he stuck with it and didn't give up.

    Toilet tank parts replacement

    I had a very old toilet. It leaked between tank and toilet. Vadym came immediately. I even didn't expected him to come so soon.That guy was really just perfect. The job he done is excellent. I was also pleased with his attitude towards customer. I'll call Mr. Rooter next time.

    plugged laundry tub pipes

    We had a plumber named Adrian come to our home. Fabulous and very knowledgable man. First off when my husband put in the call, they were there within 30 mins. Adrian came in, quickly assessed the problem, and then went right to work to correct it. He was fast, yet very effectient. This man is a definite strength for your company.     Toilet repair

    After two unsatisfactory encounters with other so-called plumbers, I found Mr. Rooter. Robert showed up when he said he would, was prompt, courteous and professional. My toilet repair was done quickly and the price was right. I'd highly recommend their services.

    Overall plumbing check and faucet cartridge replacement...

    I called Mr. Rooter on New Year's Day to have someone come out and check for a suspected mixing problem that caused us to have insufficient hot water. Our Customer Protection Plan priority service got us Ziggy the next day. He was very professional - laid out a red carpet at the door to wipe his boots and removed them when he came inside. He thoroughly checked around the hot water tank and all faucets to see if there was indeed a mixing problem as suggested by Direct Energy (there wasn't). He quickly replaced cartridges in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom faucets for a single low price, as opposed to charging for each cartridge individually, saving us quite a bit of money. The work was done well and we've not had a problem with faucets since. I'd highly recommend using Mr. Rooter for their quick and professional service. Get the Customer Protection Plan for lower pricing, no premiums on evening/weekend/holiday visits and priority scheduling (if they're not too busy).

    Severly clogged kitchen drain

    I phoned Mr. Rooter and Master plumber Adrian was here within the hour. He assessed the situation and had me approve his estimate before work began. He snaked the drain (It was a tough clog about 20 feet into the system), made sure all of the adjoining pipes were sealed and tested the system thoroughly. A very courteous man!

    Pipe burst

    During one of the cold spells, we had a burst pipe. We called another company who said they would send in a technician - and finally admitted during the phone call that this person as not a license plumber (who would come later). That did not make sense to me - so I called Mr Rooter, and they came and did an excellent job!

    Floor Drain Installation

    I needed a floor drain installed and called Mr. Rooter on the recommendation of a friend. They gave me a firm estimate and came within a few days, dressed in their neat uniforms, to dig up the basment floor including part of the adjacent family room. They covered the floor, to protect it around the excavation and put up plastic sheets to keep the dust and mess off everything. In a few hours the work was completed, the floor repaired and all the construction mess removed. Great work, fast and efficient - and I would highly recommend Mr. Router.

    Laundry tab & kitchen sink blocked

    Adrian is very knowledgeable about this trade, very honest. He offered me the best price compared with others that quoted me higher. He works efficiently and I like the fact that he is very tidy. His work area was always kept clean. I am very satisfied with the work he has done.
