    Plumbing

    John Dima was very professional and did an excellent job installing new pipes under the bathroom sink and using a snake to unplug the lines. He cleaned up all debris and I was impressed with his courteous manner.

    My bathroom shower needed to be fixed.

    Robert was very respectful in my house. He not only respected me but my home. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The job was done professional and I recommend Mr. Rooters to anyone.

    Back up in basement

    We noticed that whenever we used the water upstairs it was coming up through the floor drain in the basement. We chose to call Mr. Rooter plumbing. Sean showed up promptly and ws able to clear the drain and get things flowing again. In my opinion this man deserves a raise. He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Sean also provided us with additional information. Thank you very much Sean.

    Toilet not working

    Keep this short and sweet. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, they were very nice on the phone, booked an appointment, John the plumber showed up ON TIME. Nice to see that service companies still do that. Fixed our problem and everything is now fine. Thanks John

    Toilet leak

    To our dismay, my husband and I discovered a leak in our main floor ceiling last weekend. Since it was a Saturday evening, we were concerned no one would be working, but Mr. Rooter (71 Penn Drive) sent a plumber over right away. The plumber (Robert Plantic) came to our house, assessed the cause of the damage quickly (a leak in our upstairs toilet caused by a damaged lead pipe) and booked an appointment with us to fix the leak. He showed up for the appointment on time and with a number of solutions to help us out as quickly as possible. In addition to being a great plumber, Robert also has high personal integrity: I had lost a diamond earring, a gift from my husband, the week before. Robert found the earring in a hole in the grout near our toilet, covered in dust, and returned it to us. In short, Robert did a great job and we'll have him back if we have any other plumbing problems in future.

    plumbing

    Long story short, I needed a plumber desperately in order to open my business on time that day and Mr. Rooter arrived quickly and solved the problem for a very fair price.

    plumbing problem

    I have used Mr. Rooter plumbing before. I purchased a lifetime membership in the middle of 2009. Although it was not my regular plumber Ziggy, Andrew showed up. I am glad to say that I am pleased once again. Andrew did a great job and was very professional. Thank you Mr. Rooter plumbing.

    Drain backing up

    We were having a back up in our house. We called Mr. Rooter plumbing and Frano showed up. Once he showed up, he told us the price and went straight to work. Frano explained everything and provided wonderful service. Thank you very much Frano and Mr. Rooter plumbing.

    Plumbing issues

    When we needed a plumber we called Mr. Rooter plumbing. Adrian came by and did very good work. We were so impressed with his wormanship that we already scheduled him for another job. When we need a plumber in the future, we will Call Mr. Rooter plumbing and specifically ask for Adrian. Thank you very much guys.

    Bathtub not draining

    Our bathtub was not draining properly so we called Mr. Rooter plumbing. Andrei came over and provided us with excellent service. He did a great job and our bathtub is now working very well. We were very pleased with Andrei. Thank you very much.
