    replace the sewage pipe from house to end of property line

    Our sewer pipe had a blockage which caused a small flood in our basement laundry room. Mr. Rooter came within 1 hour of my call for help. It was discovered that the roots of our almost 100 year old Maple was causing the problem. The next day Mr. Rooter had to dig up two locations on our front lawn and replace the piping. They did a great job and replaced the sod..you'd never know the grass had been disturbed. Last week (Feb) I discovered that one of the caps on the pipes was broked. I called Mr. Rooter and they immediately came out and replaced the cap; even though this wasn't covered under my warranty they did not charge me for this. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing work.

    No hot water coming out of downstairs bathtub faucet

    We've used Mr. Rooter now 4 times and once again got excellent service this time by Adrian. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. The service was very professional. He also listed out some potential plumbing problems that may need attention soon, but there was no pressure or hard sell. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

    Toilet Leak

    The technician did a pretty good job fixing up the leak in our toilet valve. This company should, maybe decrease the price for the service if possible :D. Thank you

    repair

    Thank-you guys for the quick repair in my kitchen. I think these guys really know their stuff !! My friend used you guys for a new install about 6 months ago and was happy. There is nothing more frustrating than coming home to a floor filled with water. Thanks Again!

    plumbing

    Andrew came and went thru the entire house and explained the best way to maintain our plumbing. He changed 3 bathroom systems that were potential flooding problems and leaks in the future. He was honest and sincere. He put shoe covers on and brought his own matt to wipe his shoes before entering the house. He treated the house as if his own...He will definietly be referred and be used for any of our household plumbing.

    Slow drain

    We had a slow drain in house and Robert came over to provide us with service. He was professional and very courteous. He worked hard to find the problem and corrected it. I am very satisfied with Robert and the job that he did. Thank you Robert.

    plug in main line (condo)

    Keith was prompt, courteous and professional, and his equipment was better suited for the job than our last plumber. He didn't even complain about having to pay for parking downtown. What more can I say?

    Bathroom Service

    Mr. Rooter came in to replace a toilet for us and while he was there ended up fixing a problem with our shower, caulked a sink, and repaired a drain. All the work was done professionally and very neat. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Basement backup, shower repair, clogged kitchen sink

    I joined this forum to both promote my new company and also contribute towards the community. Over the past few years, I’ve used Mr. Rooter service for 3 times each with different severity. Let me write my first review: The first time was a nasty basement drain backup very late in the night and my parents freaked out. So I basically picked up the Yellow Pages and randomly called several companies that offer emergency services. Amazingly, Mr. Rooter was the only company to have available staff for dispatch and we gladly accepted their service. The dispatch staff informed us of the cost up front and it was very reasonable for an emergency dispatch. The staff (sorry I cannot recall his name) arrived in about 20 minutes or less which is outstanding nevertheless as it was approaching 1.30 am and proceed immediately with the repair work. Everything was done in about 30 minutes or less and the staff even offered to show us what in our basement pipe with his snake camera and educated us on how to prevent future backups. The cause was solidifying grease and fat in the pipes due to the years of accumulation and cold weather. The price charged was exactly the price quoted by the staff over the phone. It was Chinese New Year at that time and to thank him for his fast and quality work, we made him some coffee and gave him extra $50 as “red pocket” money. Thank you Mr. Rooter! I will write my other 2 reviews later!

    leak in bathroom suspected toilet.

    Technician arrived promplty one hour sfter phone call as stated. He was courteous, professional and treated me with dignity and respect. He did everything we asked for and more at a reasonable cost. In the future if I need a plumber I will definitely call Mr Rooter again and ask for John. Lynne in North York
