    laundry tub not draining

    Short and sweet. Called Mr. Rooter, they showed up on time,Neil answered all of my questions, performed the task in timely fashion, cleaned up once he was done. Will definately use this company in the future. Thanks Mr. Rooter.

    Drain not working properly

    Called Mr. Rooter for service and Vadym showed up on time which was impressive from the start. He did what he had to do and cleaned the whole work place up once he was finished clwearing the drain. Would definately use these guys again. Thanks Mr Rooter.

    Blocked laundry tub

    I noticed that our laundry tub was no longer draining. Called Mr. Rooter and Andrew showed up in a clean uniform. HE was very knowledgable and provided great service. Will definately use Mr. Rooter in the future and specifically ask for Andrew.

    KITCHEN-SINK REPEAR FOR Leaking!

    Why pay for something you can do on your own! ( That is what my Wife Says ) after several times I finally gave up and called the Expert Nice People and great Service in the same Day The old Faucet was replaced with less than 1 Hour and the leak fixed! You can not simply go by the Book Rather get a good Service and some peace of mind . Cheers!

    Faucet repair

    From the dispatch lady that answered the phone to the plumbing technician Robert, that showed up on time, was very friendly and polite, I was very impressed with the whole service experience. It is hard to find a service man these days that is as nice as Robert. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter and Robert again!

    install sump pump & piping

    Work done dec2009. I obtained a few quotes but Alex from Mr Rooter was the only one that would do the work and showed me their price was their standard for the job. No scam here. The price was for labour, the pump, and PVC pipes. Alex clearly put some thought into how the water will flow once it's pumped up the pipe and out of the house. He designed the system very intelligently. I wanted the water pumped from the basement to the front lawn. Alex made it so the water wouldn't freeze in the pipe once it was pumped out and it wouldn't flow back into the basement. I didn't expect all the thought that went into the job. I'm glad I chose Mr Rooter and I'd be confident about hiring Alex again. Everything works great so far. And I still don't want the video pipe inspection :)

    replace drains

    We had roots in the drains which caused flooding in the basement. They came out on the weekend. They replaced the old clay pipes. They did it with a minimum of digging. They dug the nicest holes we have ever seen. They were fast and efficient.

    broken toilet flange

    How refreshing to have a company tell me they'll be here at 9, & actually show up at 9! John Dima was the guy who fixed my broken toilet flange. He had the leak diagnosed & repaired in no time at all, I doubt it was an hour. He even gave us a seniors discount, which my Mom was very impressed with. Thanks John, & thanks Mr. Rooter!

    Replaced drainage pipe

    When my sewage pipe backed up someone was at my house within 20 minutes of my placing a call - and they had people working on the job within an hour of that. It turned out that the old ceramic pipe under my house had basically collapsed with age. The huge job, replacing the entire old sewage drain pipe under my house took less than two days to complete. They also did an excellent job of explaining the issues to me, arranging city inspectors as required and keeping my home clean while they did this work.

    Bathrooms

    Robert did a great job to solve the bathroom leakage problem in my whole house,and specially the service with camera review was good, we actully see the problems,and he did great job
