    Toilet repair

    Andrew fixed my leaking toilet that was giving me lots of headache for some time recently until I decided to call Mr Rooter Plumbing... I was really impressed when Andrew entered my house and the first things he did (besides introducing himself of course...) was to place the floormat (with Mr. Rooter logo on it) at the entrance, putting his shoecovers on and only then walking further into my house; then he covered the floor around the toilet with dropsheets he brought with him to make sure the working area stays clean. That was wonderful ! Andrew has done the job professionally, then he cleaned the working area around the toilet such that it became cleaner than it was before ! (with a smile). He also went an extra mile to explain to me what are common toilet problems including his recommendation what toilets are best to buy in a future and why. I will not hesitate to call Andrew from Mr. Rooter Plumbing again if I need any plumbing service again ! Great service, thanks Andrew ! Thanks Mr. Rooter Plumbing !

    Drain not working properly

    Rick was the plumber that showed up when I called Mr. Rooter plumbing. He was very imformative and he offered good advice. He wrote out a comprehensive invoice detailing the cause of the problem. Over all the service was great. Thanks A lot Rick.

    Main Drain Blocked

    I first turned Robert away because I was worried about spending money on a temporary fix. He returned and offered to work through the problem with me. The city arrived while Robert was here and explained a root rebate, which Robert confirmed. While the work is not yet complete, Robert has given me full confidence that we now have a permanent solution. Thanks Robert.

    Kitchen

    Alex was extremely flexible and accommodating to our schedule. He did a great job and gave amazing advice. Someone you could trust to give you the right advice. Will use again.

    Toilet not draining

    I purchased a lifetime membership from Mr. Rooter back in 2004. I had a problem with the basement toilet not flushing. Adrian, the master plumber that came over was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Although the job took longer than expected, it was a very good experience. Thank you Adrian.

    Kitchen drain re-fit

    Robert and Travis from Mr Rooter did an excellent job. They replaced a leaky valve, refit my kitchen drains to a new sink, and did some toilet repairs. I'm very happy with the work they did. They explained everything really well and were very efficient, neat and tidy. It was excellent service and excellent value for money.

    plumbing issue

    I am glad to say that I am a satisfied customer overall. Very professional from start to finish. Would definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future if the need ever arose again. Thanks Mr. Rooter for being quick, neat and efficient.

    Had a clogged main drain

    Our main drain had a clog, my husband went to the basement just to find that nasty sewage was backing out of the drain. We called Mr. Rooter who came in a timely manner to fix the problem. When the rep. came to our house he told us that it would cost money to snake the drain and it may or may not work. Well, he snaked the drain and it didn't work! We were then out $250 for him to to tell us that we had to call the city of Toronto because the clog was on the city's property. The city came and fixed it free of charge. What a great city!!

    Thanks Valerie for your review. You did forget to mention that our technician ran a camera from inside of your home all the way to the city sewer. The camera showed that even the city main was absolutely full of water and there was nothing that we could do except call the city in to look after the the problem on their side. Sorry that we could not fix the problem right there and then but at least we were able to identify what it was. We also agree that the front line workers for the City of Toronto are great!!

    changing sink in the kitchen

    We need our sink changed in the kitchen we had bought an undermount sink to go with our ganite countertop and Joe had come to our house to change the sink for us. He did an exceptional job, had a positive attitude, was very outgoing and helpful. The sink is now installed and looks beautiful but more importantly works well. We have never had a leak or any sort of problem of that nature and are happy that we used Mr. Rooter. We will definitely use them on our next job as they are absolutely exceptional as far as we are concerned

    Toilet not working

    Robert came into my home to fix a plumbing problem. I felt very comfortable with Robert in my home. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to refer Mr. Rooter to my family and friends. Thank you Robert.
