    kitchen

    verry good job, very friendly people and the staff, got the leeakge and i call them in the evening , they were almost going to close but willing to help me , thanks and keep it up. CS

    Kitchen repair - clogged sink

    I called Mr. Rooter and within 30 minutes Keith showed up at the door to fix a clogged kitchen sink (I did tell the office I wanted someone in a hurry and they delivered!). He was courteous, friendly and patient in answering my questions. Before getting down to work, he laid out a tarp to keep things tidy and cleaned up after the job. I was very impressed with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again. Keep up the excellent work!

    Main Drain Liner

    Manus, Neil and Travis provided very fine technical service and were tidy, courteous and very professional. The job was completed in exact coordination with the city and in all ways appears to have provided for the maximum city rebate for this work - $2000. My only grudge would be the price tag - $6300. This just seems like a lot of lucre to get the roots out of my sewer drain.... I didn't shop around much but it seems to me that there must be a very high rate of profit for this sort of work. Seven man-days means I paid each guy $900/day. This sounds heavy to me when one of them is an apprentice and the other did a ninety minute visit. No price listed for the liner - I realize that has bearing on the cost. Finally, the twenty-five year warranty is a suspicious selling strategy. Is MR. Rooter *really* going to be honoring this commitment in 2035 ?!? The franchise and corporate entity will likely evolve and render such long term promise a distant wish. Further to this, the disclaimers and legalize on the invoice make it seem quite likely there is not much customer remedy provided. Nonetheless, the work provided to me was executed in a very assured and confident manner and I appreciated the professionalism of the people that attended to the work. -DP -

    plugged drainage

    Jake was exceptional to deal with. Was punctual, assesses the situation without much fuss, and remedied the problem with precision and without much fuss. Would definitely recommend them to anybody.

    Various Plumbing jobs in the house

    There were a number of jobs in the home that needed attention. As I am totally at a loss tomdom there we called this company. John Dima was very professional and clean (booties on in the house at all times). When he was done with the jobs, all were cleaned up and no junk (or garbage) was left. Job well done.

    Water main replacement

    The city was replacing the water main on my street, so I decided to replace the portion the city wont touch: the lead pipe from inside my house out about 6-8 feet to the city main. As it happened, Robert was by to give me an estimate on the very day the city happened to be replacing the main. He was able to get his guys to move quickly and take advantage of the fact that the city would already have everything dug up (this saved me a few hundred $s). The Mr Rooter crew did a good job, much of the work outside in the freezing January weather. They were troopers; finishing at about 9 at night. Only complaint I might have was a bit of a mess left behind. But to be honest I am not sure that most of it could have been avoided, as the job required tearing up some concrete in the basement.

    Advisory Capacity

    We are a general contractor and asked Derek for some advice on a difficult project. Derek was very kind to come to the site with one of his top plumbers to help diagnose the problem. Thanks Derek!

    Powder Room Repair

    Powder Room Repair has been done very quickly with 2 hrs. Technician is very skilled. Polite and tidy. Work place clean and safe. Will recommend it to my friend in future.

    Drain backup

    I am pleased with the work done and the advice given to me by Robert. I had to relay information to the owner of the house and I appreciate the patience Robert exhibited. The work was done in a very cramped space and I am amazed to see how they accomplished it. My thanks to Robert and the crew at Mr.Rooter.

    Back up in basement

    CHris was amazing! He showed up on time and after inroducing himself he went straight to work. He showed us what he was doing and explained everything to us. He was extremely polite and very knowledgable. The nicest part was that once he was finished, he cleaned the whole place up. Overall iwas very impessed with the service that MR. Rooter and Chris provided. Thanks Chris and keep up the good work.
