    Clogged Drain

    Chris of Mr Rooter arrived with 45 minutes of my Sunday call. Our kitchen sink had backed up with water from the second floor washer - no amount of plunging would clear the clog. Chris quickly assessed the situation, and snaked the drain from the second floor to the stack. Voila - the clog was cleared! Thanks for coming out on a Sunday evening, and being so cheerful!

    Excavate and replace existing plumbing in laundry room and partially into basement.

    We have had a number of contractors work at our house in the past years. I was amazed, considering this job involved digging up and replacing concrete, how little mess there was. Actually there was no mess at all. The job was done quickly and my laundry room floor was left in much better shape than it was originally. I really didn't even have to vacuum after they were finished. We were very pleased, both with the team that first came to give us a quote (Frano) and with the team that completed the work (Slavic). Thank you.

    Snake Camera

    We hired Mr. Rooter for some non-traditional plumbing work, but were extremely impressed nonetheless. Our new kitten managed to find a cubbyhole behind our bathtub, followed it down along the bathroom pipes and ended up under our subfloor. She wasn't able to get out and for three days we weren't even certain she was in there. Travis from Mr. Rooter came to our house and with the snake-camera (that is used in drains), he was able to locate her for us. Once we knew where she was, we cut a hole in the ceiling and got her out. We're very grateful - without Travis' help, our little cat probably wouldn't have managed to survive much longer. It was a very unusual request, but Travis got right into it and was committed to helping us find her. Given his commitment, professionalism, and fantastic attitude, I would absolutely hire him (and Mr. Rooter) to perform any traditional plumbing job we require in the future.

    laundry room sink plugged from my son's cleaning of his pets

    I called the company, the call was answered promptly and politely, Travis arrived within 20 minutes. He was kind, well groomed and obviously liked working for the company. He did a great job and i am completely impressed with the company and will use them for sll my future plumbing needs.

    Toilet Replacement

    John came promptly to examine an old malfunctioning toilet. We agreed to replace it with a new one, and on his advice we selected an up-to-date model, he installed it the same day and we are totally satisfied. His service was well up to the high standards of professional care that we have come to expect from Mr. Rooters.

    Plumbing problem

    I had a toilet that wouldn't flush, on a Sat. morning ( happened to have been my birthday of all days) and within an hour Mr.Rooter showed up and Alex Myroniuk was standing at my door ! He was not your stereotypical plumber. Well dressed pressed , clean uniform, and wore a lovely cologne ! Nice surprise. He examined the situation and what he could have made into a major deal, was handled with expertise, great advice and efficient service. Saved me a ton of money. I'm a devoted Mr. Rooter fan now and I shall always call on Alex for all my plumbing issues or for all the renovations I have planned for the future in my condo. I even joined their membership program and already saved on the current bill. All around excellent service and that, in today's world, is tough to find ! Yeah Alex! Yeah Mr Rooter :)

    Kitch faucet replacement plus fixing the leaks of toilet

    I had a leaking kitchen faucet and 2 leaking toilets about 10 days ago. I found Mr. Rooter on yellow page and phoned. The service was quick. Within an hour after I phoned, John Dima was at my door. John was very nice and patient. He fixed the leaking toilets and explained things to me while he was working. He installed a new kitchen faucet for me and the faucet has been working perfectly. With John's job well done, I know I can trust Mr. Rooter whenever I have problems with plumbing.

    New sewer Drain

    After trying to sort the problem with my drain, only Mr. Rooter came with the correct answer. They came evaluate, provide and estimate, do the work, clean and fast. They are exceptional, I recoment M. Rooter completely.

    Repair leaking sink

    Milan came back to repair a leaking sink. Fixed in minutes. Professional service, friendly and prompt. Gave a reasonable estimate to replace sinks in future if necessary. Highly recommend this company for any home.

    Leaky faucet

    I was trying to replace the cartridge in my shower faucet, but was unable to get the cartridge out. I call Mr. Rooter and they showed up less then 3 hours later. John was friendly, very clean, and fixed not only my faucet cartridge, but replaced the plastic handle, tightened the faucet spout, and tightened my sink faucet. He was very courteous, and even let my kitty into his bag. Thanks John!
