    clearing a clogged drain in my bathroom

    I called Mr. Rooter about a month ago, due to a standing clog in the sink of my bathroom. They were able to send someone out within twenty-four hours to take care of the problem. He was polite and professional, and took care of the problem in no time at all. In fact, he even inspected the rest of the plumbing for free, to make sure that everything was okay. I was really happy with the service and will definitely call them the next time I have a problem with my plumbing :)

    Sewage drain blockage

    We were having issues with our basement drain - it was draining very slowly and was backing up if we did a load of laundry or took a shower. So, we called around for quotes to snake & camera the drain. Fred (Manager) at Mr. Rooter called me back within 1/2 hour to answer my detailed questions, his quote was very competative and he was very helpful and accomodating. We arranged to have Rick (Plumber) come out to our house later that afternoon. He was efficient, informative and the best part is he was able to unclog the drain. Overall the Mr. Rooter team were a pleasure to deal with given the unfavourable situation. Thank you very much.

    Main water supply leaking

    We noticed that our main water supply line was leaking. We needed a plumber and we called Mr. Rooter plumbing. Alexie showed up promptly and went right to work. Alexie was was fantastic. He was also quick,efficient and honest. We would not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter in the future if required. Thank you Alexie.

    Drains i bathroom backing up

    Mr. Rooter are the only ones that I can trust. Once the job was complete, I felt a lot better. John was very thorough and cleaned up the whole mess once the job was finished. Most importantly I feel that John did the job right. Thank you very much John.

    clogged toilet

    I recieved service from Mr. Rooter plumbing and it was Brian who came out. I felt that he was very fair and gave me many options. The end price was actually lower than the initial quote when it turned out the issue was less serious. Thank you Brian.

    Toilet leaking

    Had Mr. Rooter out to my place on a few occasions. Needed their service once again and they did not disapoint. This time Andrei came out, showed up on time, and fixed the problem. Andrei was very professional, friendly and fast! I would not even consider using another plumbing service company. Thanks once again guys. That's 3/3 excellent experiences with Mr. Rooter!

    Running toilet

    Needed aplumber to fix a leaking toilet. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent out Vadym. Showed up on time and went straight to work. He was anice guy and provided excellent service. Would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter in the future if needed. Thanks Mr. Rooter.

    Bathtub drain not working

    I called Mr. Rooter to fix my drain and Keith showed up. He was a very nice young man and very friendly. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do. The nice thing was , after snaking the tub which made a mess, he cleaned the whole work area up which was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you vey much Keith.

    leaking bathtub faucet

    The service was fantastic and the overall experience was great. It was an emergencey call and Brian showed up right on time. He put his shoe covers on and went right to work. He even placed a door mat down before he entered the house. He explained everything that he was doing. Thanks Brian.

    Toilet installation and shower head replacement

    Robert [last name removed--Ed] was courteous and professional in his work. He did the job quickly and left our home just as he found it, nice and clean. I would highly recommend Robert for any plumbing needs.
