    Toilet wouldn't switch off after flushing

    I called MR. Rooter and Alexei showed up very quickly. He came and diagnosed the problem. He did not have the parts on the truck; however, he returned promptly the next morning with the parts needed to fix the problem. The service was great and I would definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future. Thank you Alexei and keep up the good work.

    Backed up drain

    Rick showed up promptly after I placed the service call. He went the extra mile. He took his time and made sure it was done right. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter in the future and even rcommend them to my friends. Thanks a lot Rick.

    Faucet leaking

    Keith came over very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with the service overall and would use Mr. Rooter in the future.

    plumbing problem

    It was a very pleasant experience. John was a very nice plumber. I was very impressed with the overall service from the ladies on the phone to the work that was done. Before entering my house, John put on his shoe covers and even cleaned up after the work was done. I would use them in the future for sure. Thank you John.

    plumbing problem

    I must say that I am a very satisfied customer. Andrew the plumber was avery nice man. He was very hard working. He knew exactly what he was doing and cleaned up after he was done. I would also like to say that the ladies on the telephone were also very pleasant to deal with. Thank You!

    Blocked toilet

    The overall service was great. The plumber gave suggestions which was also great. I would not hesitate to call them back in the future if needed. Thank you Mr. Rooter plumbing and cudo's to Ziggy!

    plumbing plroblem

    I would like to thank Mr. Rooter once again for the prompt service. It was not the first time I used them. I was happy to see my plumber Brian back. I don't mind paying for quality and that is exactly what they provide. I really appreciate the good service. Thanks!

    Installing new vanity

    Travis from Mr. Rooter was fast on time and very professional he even cleaned up after himself. Over all super impressed with the great job he done installing the new vanity. From now on he will be the one guy I call for any plumbing job I require in the future. Thanks again Travis you ROCK!!!!!!!!!

    Repairing our leaky kitchen and bathroom faucets

    Keith was highly professional and personable in his conduct, both in explaining the problem about our faucets and his interactions with me and my partner. He finished the job in about half an hour, and then when asked to look at a wholly unrelated issue to do with a camera case and tripod, he didn't hesitate in pulling out the required tool, and within seconds, fixed a problem that had plaguing me for the last three weeks. I highly appreciate him going beyond the call of duty. Bravo, Keith!

    reseal leaky toilet

    John Dima was a helpful hand this morning when we woke up to a leaking toilet. He arrived quickly, took care of the job and even gave the dog a pat. thank you
