    switched out tow toilets

    Robert came on time was friendly, cost out the job and got to work. At the end he put my old toilets in the new toilet packaging. At the end of a long day for me that was one less thing I had to deal with. Great guy!

    Outside hose pipe leak, shaky outdoor faucet

    This is our third time using Mr. Rooter. We are Advantage members and take advantage of the lower price offered to members. I like that the cost is very transparent with Mr. Rooter. They assess what needs to be done, look up the job in their master price list binder and tell it to you. It is not based on time, but project. Very straightforward. The scheduler on the phone is always very polite. We received a call saying that the plumber was on his way. I was happy that John Dima arrived to do the work. He did our last job also. He quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and fixed them before I knew it. He also performed the complimentary home inspection offered annually to members. My husband discovered a problem with the work and John promptly returned later the same day to correct the problem, free of charge. I will call Mr. Rooter with my next plumbing problem and I will request that John Dima be sent to do the job.

    Kitchen Sink

    This is our second go around with Mr. Rooter, this time it was the kitchen sink we were having problems with. Keith from Mr. Rooter came in on Sunday afternoon, and as same as the first time, everything went very smoothly, Keith fixed the problem and I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter, the service people that come by are very friendly, reliable , knowledgable, and just down right nice. I will continue to use Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing issues and will highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

    pump failed

    Of course the pump would fail during a heavy rain storm. I called Mr. Rooter and Alex showed up. He did everything quickly and efficiently. He explained everything and have absolutly no complaints about the service. Would definately use Mr. Rooter again. Thanks Alex!

    Leak through the ceiling

    I had water coming through my ceiling from the bathroom up above. I needed a plumber quickly and I called Mr. Rooter plumbing; Brian showed up to my door. I must say that he was very professional and did a very good job.. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future. Thanks Brian!

    kitchen sink pipe leaking

    The plumbing service provided by Robert from Mr. Rooter plumbing was excellent. He arrived quickly and was very friendly and informative. He went to work right away and without a doubt, will use Mr. Rooter in the future if needed. Thank you Robert.

    CLEAR BLOCKED SINK

    Robert Plantic arrived quickly and dealt with the problem effeciently. He was resourceful, tidy and courteous. I will definetly call him again if need be and will recommend him to family and friends.

    leaky sink

    I had a leaky sink pipe which I thought was just from the hot water pipe. Robert from Mr. Rooter came by to have a look, and had it figured out in minutes. He was only here for about 20 mins start to finish and now I have brand new sink pipes! :) Thank you Mr. Rooter and THANK YOU Robert!!

    Laundry room sink installation

    I have used Mr Rooter for 7 years, and always find them the most reliable, they show up on time and get the work done as promised. This time I needed them to come to install a laundry room sink and repair a bath faucet. Once again they did not disappoint. I will recommend them to anyone.

    Tub faucet leaking

    After some frustrating weeks with a leaky faucet, finally called Mr.Rooter and Les Malinski showed up at the front door within 30min of my call. He quickly assesed the problem, gave me the quote and just as quickly fixed the problem. The efficiency was great. Thank you!
