My tenant's kitchen sink drain had rotted and come unattached. Needed someone that day to fix. Mr Rooter came by, provided a reasonable cost, had all material in his truck, estimated the time it would take and was actually only 10 min over what it actually took. Exceptional job

Brian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience. He fixed our toilet and bathtub faucet expertly, with full explanations of what the issues were and what the cost would be up front. I was so pleased with his service that I had another Mr. Rooter plumber - Robert - come and install a bathroom sink. Rob also spotted a long-standing problem with our kitchen sink faucet. He did both jobs with full explanation and cost breakdown, consulting all the way through. Of course, after twenty plus years, all these jobs were necessary and more costly than anticipated. i understood all the way through what the problems and possible solutions were and I got to make pricing choices. Robert was very creative and showed me ways to save money and to use my faucet to extend its lifetime. He guaranteed all his work and was exceptionally courteous and committed to the projects in my home. I would recommend both these gentlemen to future clients.

We had a leaky faucet in a bathtub. We had previously used a small local plumber but had not been satisfied. We looked in the Yellow Pages and found a large ad for Mr. Rooter. We called and were told that a dispatcher would call us soon and let us know what time the plumber would be at our house. The dispatcher called about half an hour later and the plumber, Robert Plantic, arrived about two hours later, as promised. Robert presented himself in a very professional manner and, after giving me an estimate for the job, got his tools and the necessary parts and completed the repair very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that he reduced the price from the original estimate because the job turned out to be easier than he had thought. He cleaned up after himself very well and completed the paper work in a polite and professional manner. All in all, we are very pleased with our experience and will definitely call Mr. Rooter again.

When I returned from vacation part way through a Friday afternoon I discovered that water leaked from underneath the toilet when it was flushed. I called Mr. Rooter and was told that someone would come as soon as possible and that they would phone when the plumber was on the way. They did so. Mr. Robert Plantic arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was pleasant, polite and explained the problem to me and what it would cost to repair it. I am quite pleased with the service.

I had a party and unfortunately, my kitchen sink plugged up and I was expecting more guests for Canada day weekend. Lucky for me , Robert Plantic showed up from Mr. Rooter and was able to identify the problem, utilize the right equipment and fix the issue. Robert addressed the problem professionally and within a reasonable budget. In addition, he cleaned up after the work and provided insights to the problem. When my kitchen faucet began to drip and I had no idea what to do (no visible washer for sure) I realized that with the cost of water going up I had better consult an expert. I also decided to check for other leaks which were probably costing me money. After the check I knew I needed a plumber. Since I prefer to use tradesmen in my area I went to the internet - asked for plumbers in East Toronto, Ontario, and hit return. The clearest ad, with the information I wanted was there under mrrooter.com I phoned the number for East, explained what I wanted and was given information about when I could expect a technician and what the procedure for contracting work would be after a free call to my home. I arranged for the technician to come. I was warned of his coming by phone, and he arrived within the time stated (in fact in about two hours after my call). Vadym Badenko identified himself and put on paper booties before entering and proceeded as had been described; first to competently assess the problems and second to write up a plan of action (as well as the cost). Everything was documented, clear and concise (including his handling of a Senior's discount); I felt confident in letting him proceed. A little over an hour later, he showed me, and had me inspect, the work he had done and explained that there was a year's warranty on his work. He surprised me on paying by credit card that Air Miles were part of the deal. He also explained that if I chose I could write a review for this site. While I am not a person who would even think of writing a review under normal circumstances I was so impressed with the ease of this total transaction, and in particular with the professional and polite manner of Vadym, that I decided I would spend a little of the time and energy I had saved to write this review before I stopped for lunch.

The first time I need to use them we had just moved into our first home. The entire house was backed-up. It was 2 am in Feb 2007. I called and someone was here in 20 mins during a major snow storm. We had to leave our house for a few days while they dug up our entire driveway and replace the pipes that our neighbor’s tree broke! The next time ( 2 year’s later) they came back was when we thought our child flushed some toys down the toilet. That wasn’t the case but needed to repair the pipes under the toilet. They also recommend a toilet that would fit my family needs as the one we had sucked! A few months later we purchased our TOTO toilet and had them install it. They are always friendly and know there stuff. We are also life time members now since our home was built in 1949 and the plumbing is old ;)

Andrew very efficiently resolved a blocked drainage problem with a bath tub. Then in a walk through inspection he identified an issue with the shut off valves and hoses on our washing machine. I appreciated this and decided not to procrastinate and had them replaced the same day. Andrew obtained the necessary parts and did the replacements again in a timely and efficient manner. Although plumbing work is expensive Andrew is a good guy to deal with.

After a few attempts to repair the leak on our old faucet, we decided to call Mr. Rooter, in order to get a professional opinion on the problem. That's when Robert Plantic showed up and suggested a faucet replacement. Robert installed the faucet within an hour, and was very clean, professional, and efficient in the process. I am extremely happy with the faucet and the service. Thank you so much Robert and Mr. Rooter!
