    Bathroom toilet clog

    Brian was very helpful and it didn't take him too long to fix our problem. He arrived on time, was very professional and I liked that he brought his own mat and wiped his feet before he entered our house. Great service!! Thank you very much!

    The pipe in the bathtub was continuously running hot water.

    Very, very impressed with the professionalism of the work that Vadym did. To be honest Mr Rooter was the second plumbing company I called. This was an emergency and a technician was here within the hour and job was completed and throughly checked before invoice was paid.

    Cast waste pipe split going into the basement

    This is the 3rd time I have used Mr Rooter in less than 2 years. They come to your house 24 hours a day, 7 days a week even on holidays at no extra charge as I learned that on the Family Day Long Weekend in 2009. There is no hidden costs and quotes are free. When I bought my house 2 years ago I was told the cast waste pipe that goes up to the second floor and into the cement basement floor should be replaced. Well 2 years later it started leaking into the basement. Mr. Rooter came out at 9am as I requested, gave me a quote and did the job that day. Justin the plumber was very good, friendly and I even had him look over some other things in my house and changed the shut-off valve while he was here. As well as a great job Mr. Rooter guarentee's all there work and and issues that you may have are dealt with immediately. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them.

    Instalation of fixture in bathtub & taps in bathroom sink

    Every time I do not use Mr.Rooter for plumbing things go wrong! I got a clear detailed explanation of what had to be done to do the job. Also how long the job was going to take and how long the water would be off. Vadym was meticulous in his job!! The room was left spotless and remove the garbage from the job. He was also very consienses of the amount of nose that the job would produce for us at the house. I only have good things to say about my experience!! I will always use Mr.Rooter for plumbing. Their is always no disapointments. Very Greatful! A job Well Done!!!!! Francois Emond-Barr

    Replaced old toilet stack & galvanized steel pipes

    Travis from Mr. Rooter Plumber was among several plumbers my husband and I had to come and quote us on a plumbing job in our 1930s-built home. We required a new toilet stack, and copper pipes to replace corroded galvanized steel pipes in an old upstairs bathroom. Travis was courteous and and very professional from the start. He arrived on-time, did a walk around, and took his time to explain what would be required as well as the necessary timeline and materials. Compared to other quotes, Mr. Rooter pricing was mid-high range, however, we were impressed by Travis's know-how and we were comfortable hiring him. The job was booked and again, Travis arrived on time with another Mr. Rooter plumber, Keith. Both Travis and Keith were pleasant and hard working. They spent Day 1 getting rid of the old plumbing and Day 2 installing the new. Mr. Rooter also removed the old pipes/debris from our home and they also left their workspace tidy. We required an interim period to install a subfloor in the upstairs bathroom when the new pipes were in place, before Travis could reinstall the toilet and vanity. When he returned to finish the job, again he called to make the necessary arrangements and was on-time. We both very pleased with the level of service we received from both Travis and Keith and are happy with the work that Mr. Rooter provided us. We'd recommend Travis and Keith and would use them again for any future plumbing needs.

    Toilet Repair

    We were having many problems with the pipes running to the toilet in our home. Mr. Rooter was the third and final company we researched. They were far superior in pricing and quality of service to any of the other companies we researched previously. They were very clean and assessed the problem quickly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

    Camera inspection of drain system

    I am a lifetime member of Mr. Rooter and this is the second time that Brian has visited my home. Brian is always pleasant and very professional. At this visit I wanted to ensure that my drain system was free from roots and other potential problems (2 friends of mine have experience very expensive drain repairs which led me to being concerned about my home) Brian did the scope and put my mind and fears behind me. Thanks for a job well done Brian

    clogged drain pipe

    Pleasant, professional service. Thanks for a job well done! Had a tricky condo job, but he managed to fix it and explain clearly what the issues involved were. Great work!

    Plumbing and Dishwasher Installation

    We called Mr Rooter at around 9 am on Sunday, 7/25, and in an hour and half, John Dima from Mr Rooter was at our house. He replaced the plumbing in the kitchen and helped install the dishwasher in two hours. The work was done beautifully and without mess. He even cleaned the drainage. Now we can enjoy our new kitchen and dishwasher.

    kitchen faucet leak

    We had a new Kohler faucet leaking in our kitchen, called Mr. Rooter at 8:20 in the morning and had a plumber at our door an hour later. He did a thorough inspection, diagnosed the problem, and left an estimate with several options (get the part and have it repaired or replace with a new faucet) The plumber Vadym took the time to explain everything, was polite and honest. As our faucet cost over $1,000. we will get the part (Kohler ships right away--warranty) and have Vadym back to install and make sure it is working well.
