    main valve was leaving

    The plumber came in perfectly syncronized with city, very quicly replaced the faulty valve. Very good quality service from Mr router and especialy Adrian with resonable price. They saved my basement from total fludding I kindly recomend this guy. Unfortunately hes not with mr router anymore and the new technician asked for more money i would immagine

    Plumbing Issues

    We have had Mr. Rooter on different occasions and have been very pleased with the through and quick service Mr. Rooter provides. The service technician, John Dima, was thoughtful, tidy and efficient. We had 2 different issues from leaky washing machine taps & laundry tub faucet replacement and all of our situations were handed with minimal mess and fuss. John was able to provide reasonable solutions to problems that occurred when repairing our shower. His willingness to get the job done, quickly and on time was definitely going the extra mile in my mind. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr. Rooter for whatever plumbing problems you might have.

    Bathroom tub faucet repair and fixing dishwasher problem

    My entire family is delighted and very satisfied with his services. He gave the right advices for the problems and fixed them all without giving us any trouble. We are so happy that we took the life membership also

    Blocked Sewer in house

    This company responded within an hour of our finding the problem in the laundry room. Robert was upfront and truthful about the pricing and the the action to be taken. On determining the extent of the problem, took the appropriate steps to rectify it. Unfortunately it required excavation and this was completed in a timely manner. Robert is a professional and they wear photo ID and I would have no qualms of having him sort out any plumbing problem

    kitchen drain clogged

    I was very satisfied for the job done by Adrian - plumber from Mr. Rooter. If you need a plumber call them you won't regret.They are really profesionals and they know their job

    PRV Install

    I had high water pressure problem that caused water hammering, alex came in found the problem, made the correct work and no more hammering. Fast and thorough, I will ask for him by name next time I have a need.

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    Mr Rooter sent John Dima, a plumbing technician, right away after I called. John was polite and fast, and gave me information that I needed. He was fantastic! I would definitely call Mr Rooter, and ask for John by name next time I need a plumbing job done.

    Faucet Repair

    Had Mr. Rooter out to my house not too long ago and never thought to ask the other plumber about my faucet. So called them again as my faucet screams when I go to wash my hands after flushing the toilet. Alexi Klimov arrived within the time frame I requested and quickly told me it was a restrictor in the faucet. He removed it and no more noise. He did a home inspection and found a few other problems that should be taken care of. He advised me about the advantage plan and just charged me for that. I'll certainly be calling Mr. Rooter back to fix my other problems. Thanks Alexi and Mr. Rooter

    Hot water tank replacement

    I had to replace a hot water tank on the ceiling and called a couple of different companies. Finally decided to go with Mr. Rooter. They were very prompt in replying to any of my questions. Mike & Chris did the work for us and they did an amazing job. Very friendly, professional and finished the work quickly and very neatly. Thanks

    Drain assessment

    We recently moved into a 80 yr old home and needless to say we have had our share of issues since we took possession. One of these was an odd smell comming from the basement shower. As it wasn't urgent we set up an appointment with Mr. Rooter and had someone here the next morning. Brian Pellet arrived and was very insightful and curteous. He treated our home with respect and gave us a great deal of information regarding the issue. I would recommend his expertise to anyone with a similar issue. It turns out the shower drain was not installed correctly (no trap), fortunately we do not use the shower, so we will wait until we renovate before we fix the drain. In the interim he provided us with some bio-cleanout liquid to address the smell. Brian seemed honest with us, and provided us with approximate costs for correcting the drain and advise us of other potential issues with our aging plumbing system. Thanks Brian! We will be contacting you when we sort out the finances!
