    Bathroom Reno

    The plumber came in and fixed my toilet with no mess left afterwards. I love the booties!! He even left me my own pair. Reasonable pricing too! I will definently be calling Mr. Rooter again.

    Toilet replacement

    My son tried to flush a paper dixie cup - unfortunately the plunger did not help...so we called Mr. Rooter. We asked for Chris as he had done work with us in the past and we were very pleased. He came the next eve and cleared that problem. We also had a second toilet that was in need of replacement - Chris suggested an appropriate replacement - removed the old toilet (and took it away) and went to his shop to get the new toilet (this all happened at 6:30pm). He installed the new toilet in no time while working in a friendly efficient manner (my kids 5 & 7 supervised). This was a very good experience and we would certainly recommend Mr. Rooter and in particular Chris to anyone with plumbing needs.

    replace main shutoff

    Needed a 50 year old update Chris arrived in a timely fashion and did a quick replacement. Showed us how the valve works. Great job! Very personable. My father appreciated the senior discount. Thank you, Chris.

    Hot water tank -- burst pipe

    On Saturday afternoon (Halloween) I had a puncture in the copper pipe leading from my hot water tank. After calling another plumber (listed on Homestars) and being told they wouldn't be able to have someone come over until the next morning, I called Mr Rooter. They said they would have someone come within an hour, and true to their word, Master Plumber Ric showed up within the hour. He quickly assessed the problem, game me an exact quote, then proceeded to fix it efficiently and professionally. I am one satisfied customer! Next time I have a plumbing issue, Mr Rooter will be the only company I call!

    Plumbing call

    The above technician was at our home in less than an hour after making our call and fixed the problem very efficiently and within a short time - good job!

    New toilet, valves and faucet for bathroom sink

    I called Mr. Rooter the morning of Oct 27/09 because I my toilet wouldn't flush. Adrian Heji showed up the same afternoon. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. The toilet is old so he suggested perhaps I would like a new toilet. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a new toilet. Mr. Heji answered all my questions and I agreed with him that getting a new toilet would be the best thing. He asked me if there was any other plumbing jobs I needed. So the next day he installed the toilet and a new faucet for my bathroom sink. This was my first time calling a plumber. I called Mr. Rooter because I had heard their commercials on the radio. Based on my first experience I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

    replaced toilet

    My toilet was leaking and was very old, Chris recommended a new toto toilet and to my surprise it was a nice looking toilet. He was in and out very quickly and gave me a free plumbing inspection. I was very impressed with Chris and would definately recommend Mr. Rooter to all my friends and family.

    Fix water leaking under toilet seat. Replace toilet seat and tank

    Responded immediately to my call and sent a technician, Mr. John Dima who checked out things and explained the problem clearly. He quoted a competitive price by a price chart with discount for seniors. Started work right away, did not mess up anything and removed all old discarded parts. Excellet, profesional and courteous job including from the lady on the phone who took the call. Highly recommend

    waterproofing

    I called Mr rooter as i had water coming into my basement, i had a couple of other companies come in but they couldn't seem to pinpoint where my problem was coming from, Mr rooter sent their supervisor - Fred out to see me & i've never been so impressed, he spent a lot time looking over everything with me & explaining everything in detail, he left me a quote to do some waterproofing work -which i ended up doing, the guys that came in to the actual work were amazing they worked extremley hard to get the work done and even cleaned up, Fred and the crew are a real asset to mr rooter & I would highly recommend them to anyone having any sort of plumbing or drain problem - thanks Mr rooter for a great job done i'm now dry!!

    Major water pressure problem

    I had no water pressure in the entire house and Brian found the problem faster than I could explain it! It required cutting pipes, soldering but all this was done quickly, cleanly and with results! It is my second experience with Mr. Rooter and I was never disappointed. Thank you Brian! You're the best!
