    Toilet repair, bathroom drain unplug

    Troy was very personable and professional and immediately put me at ease. He quickly fixed the issues and explained everything he was doing. He handled unexpected problems quickly and calmly and everything is working fantastic now!

    Inspection of smell in basement

    Frano, the young but knowledgeable plumber, along with his basement expert colleague, investigated a bad sewer-like smell in my basement and decided it was likely not plumbing related. They suggested we pour concrete to cover up an exposed area under the bathtub and see how this works. They could have had a good project and made $, but they selflessly have honest advice. Frano also fixed drains at my previous house.

    WASTE PIPE BLOCKED, UPDATED EXTERIOR PIPES

    On Sunday night of the family day long weekend I called 3 plumbers and no answer so I called Mr. Rooter, they were great on the phone and since my pipe wasen't backing up into my house they came in the Monday morning which was a holiday. They determined it was my pipe in front of my house but since I had the old S trap pipe they dug down 8 feet and removed it replacing it with a new straight pipe and 2 cleaning pipes. It was determined that the blockage was further down in the city pipe and had now started to back up my 2 neighbours in our 100 year old houses. They snaked it free, replaced the pipe and had the city show up to inspect and got me my $2000 rebate back from the city. They were very good in my yard even replacing my small bush that they had to remove.

    bathroom and laundry renovations

    Mike came quickly at the promised time. He had a smart apppearance and a pleasant demeanour. He figured out what was needed to replace a vanity, a laundry tub and to fix a thermostatic shower valve. He secured the parts, got the job done quickly and left no mess. The price was also better than I planned for. I am delighted with his work and would recommend this firm to others

    Mt backed up drains

    I called Mr. Rooter and they were very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. They came out and found the problem that we could not fix on our own. I would reccommend Mr Rooter for any drain and plumbing problems.

    Sewer Back up

    Our Drains in our basement backed up on thursday night I called Mr Rooter because we used them in the past and they were great then as well. Frano arrived in less then an hour, he explained to us that he will clear the drain and once its clear he will do a camera inspection so we could see what the problem was that caused the backup. The issue was related to large break in the pipe where you can actually see the clay pipe completley missalligned outside. Our house is 70 years old and he explained that this is a very common problem thoughout the city. The soultion was to excavete the drains and replace them with new plastic pipe. He provided me with a detailed quote that I looked over and I trusted was fair. The crew was at our place the next morning at 9. They worked so hard for two days. Ihor was in charge of the excavation and he was also a very nice man. He made sure that the work was done properly and that our home was clean when the job was done. Thank you Guys!

    Drain backing up

    From the person who answered the phone, to the plumber who came and diagnosed the problem, to the manager, Fred, whom I spoke to 3 or 4 times to help me wade through unknown waters (pardon the pun) to the Formadrain crew who lined my now new pipe, thank you for being so professional. They all took the time to explain every detail in layman's terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

    snaking of drain

    I would like to take this opportunity to let every one know how please I am with the level of service I recieved from Chris. We encountered quite a bit of difficulty trying to snake this drain and throughout this ordealo Chris remained calm, composed and kept at it until everything was back in order. His suggestions and recommended course of actions was based on facts which at the end were wright. I deal with a lot of trades people and I call back the ones that solve the problems I have with professionalism and knowhow; Chris is one of them. Whenever I encounter that problem again I feel reassured that I now have someone to take care of it. Thanks again Chris Cochrane for a job well done Daniel

    Removal of old laundry concrete tub and replace with plastic unit.

    A professional gentleman. Punctual; obviously knowledgeable in his trade, knows how to take advantage of his plumbing experiences; patient with his customers; understanding of their needs and expectations.     flooding from toilet

    The company was at first excellent at communicating; giving me updates as to the arrival of plumber. Troy arrived and worked quickly ,neatly and explained everything to me. He also made suggestions and gave me information about other p plumbing issues I had in my home. I think the cost for the service I received was fair.
