    Home Plumbing Serice

    As a person new to Renting a Home, we have been very impressed with Brian's professionalism. We have had to call Mr.Rooter twice for minor plumbing problems each time Brain has respond promptly and/or on time. Therefore we can recommend Mr.Rooter and Brian Pellett .

    Plumbing repair

    We were very happy to see Troy this weekend to service a leaking line to our refrigerator. He had been to our house a couple of times before for other service, and every time he comes, the job is done well. Thanks to Mr. Rooter for having professionals such as Troy providing consistently excellent service. Noel and Juliette

    blocked drains

    Our sewer drain backed up into our basement (yuck!). We called Mr. Rooter, and Frano came out with his camera scope (on the weekend!) and located the problem in the exterior pipes. Next day, Vadim and Roman were in our front yard - carefully taking up the sod, and buildng a narrow (2ft x 4 ft) trench (reinforced with wooden beams) to take out the old drain and replace it with new pipes and a sleeve. Vadim and Roman took great care with the replacing the sod, and re-planting the tulip bulbs they discovered. It was like it never happened after they had finished....just like they promised. Thank you for your great service gentlemen!

    REPLACE TOILET

    John Dima recently replaced a toilet in my home, with a new water-efficient dual-flush model. While here, he also removed a sink plug that was not working properly...at no charge. Thank you, John!

    Parts for a bathroom faucet

    I have owned my home for about 7 years and have never had a need to call a plumber. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quick response to my call and having someone come out to assess and repair the issue. The plumber was very professional, courteous and seemed very interested in getting the job done right. I will mosst definitely call Mr. Rooter for any of my future needs with respects to any plumbing issues that may arise. Kudos to Mike and the company.

    backed up sewer pipes

    I have had to call Mr Rooter a few times over the years --and this weekend when I called with a basement sewer problem, Mike did an excellent job of showing me the problem and walking me through the choices of how best to deal with.

    Shower controls seized up and could not turn off the water flowing into the bathtub.

    John D. from Mr. Rooter did a very professional job. He had to cut a hole in the drywall from the bedroom behind the shower controls to get at the connection. When he was finished installing the new controls, he even repaired the hole that he had made. I assumed that would be my job! From my first call to Mr. Rooter until the job was done took about 2 1/2 hours. I had envisioned several days without an upstairs shower. The whole experience, from talking to the very courteous, professional receptionist on the phone to John D.'s superb work was an example of how a company should handle a customer's emergency plumbing problem!

    Sewage drain cleaning and repais

    We had Frano come to our place last week as our sewage line was backing up into the basement of our house. Frano and team took a look with their camera system and were able to diagnose the issue. They cleaned out the pipes and made some nessessary repairs to the plumbing and did it in the most prefessional way I have ever seen!!! I have never had work people into my home like Rogers, Bell, or ever appliance repair people who were as professional as Mr. Rooter. They come on time, and if they get stuck in traffic, they call you to say they are running 1/2 hr late, you don't have to chase them down. They got the job done in the time quotted, and they are very quick to respond. This was the third time I have called them in the past year and a half since I boughtmy house, and I would call them agian for anything else that I might need.

    replace kitchen faucet

    Last week, after a flood in our kitchen due to a broken kitchen tap, we decided to call for help. So we called four different companies for a qoute to replace our faucet. we decided to go ahead with Valentin from Mr Rooter, mostly because we were very impressed with his honesty. Valentin explained from A to Z what is to be done to solve our problem so it's not going to happend again, he installed properly shut off valves for the faucet and now we have a whole new drain line for the sink. I am so happy with the work done and I will always ask for Valentin to come and fix my plumbing problems. Thank you Mr Rooter for a great experience !!!!

    Kitchen sink pipe replacement, toilet fill valve replacement & water shut off replacement for toilet

    Valentin was the perfect plumber. He arrived on time, he was friendly, well-groomed, polite, and professional. He took care of quite a few problems today - replacing a pair of badly installed pipes under our kitchen sink, and he installed a new fill valve in our toilet and replaced the water shut-off line in our bathroom. He needed very little direction from us, as he was very independent and a fast worker. He obviously knew what he was doing and did it well. And he gave us a lot of tips and help overall with regard to our plumbing. He went beyond the call of duty. I would rate his service, kindness and attitude a 10/10. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter if I know you're coming! And I would not have waited so long, if I knew someone so trustworthy would answer the call. Thanks, Valentin!
