Mr. Rooter Plumbing of GTA reviews (1922)

A leaky toilet was causing me a great deal of stress as it dripped through my kitchen ceiling and was destroying my cupboards. The thought of having to replace my kitchen was giving me nightmares. I called Mr. Rooter, they came that same morning. Mike was quick, efficient, clean and kind. He put my mind at ease and fixed my problem in minutes. What a great experience!

I was very pleased with prompt service right from my initial call to the dispatch operator to the prompt arrival of the serviceman who was respectful of other areas of the house (stairs & halls). Very courteous and showed me how to try to solve the problem, before calling a plumber, if it should arise again.

I noted a leak in the pipe underneath my kitchen sink. Valentin the Plumber ensured the source of the leak, and given the old age of the metal piping there, recommended a new long-life plastic pipe replacement. I concurred, and within 30 minutes, the job was done. No mess, no fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Rooter GTA for plumbing repairs.

In 2001 Mike installed a 47ft. liner because my drain to the street was being invaded and partially blocked by tree roots each year. It required an annual cleanout and even I experienced an occasional flooding of my finished basement. A liner, rather than replacement of the whole line, also avoided digging. Because of some back-up during the recent heavy rains, Mike came back to check: 1) the original repair (liner) is great--good as new after 7 years (!)--as seen on his camera. 2) This time I had a different problem, a clogged internal trap, which he quickly fixed. 3) He advised me how to easily clean this trap in the house myself to avoid future problems. Mike is a kind, prompt, super-clean, knowledgeable professional. It doesn't get any better than this!

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to clear a slow-running shower drain and was very impressed with the service provided by this company. When the shower began to drain slowly again less than one month following the first service call, I was pleased to learn that the original work was guaranteed. From the scheduling of my second appointment and considerate communication when the technician was slightly delayed to the professional work performed by Mike, I was once again absolutely delighted by the level of customer service. I will use Mr. Rooter again and recommend this company to others.

I have called Mr. Rooter before, but this time I got Mike, he cleared my main drain and offered solutions to keep the drain running for the future, he also used a orange spray to clear my floor in the basement to clean the mess. Great plumber thanks Mike

Troy came out to fix a drain problem and did so quickly in a no BS fashion unlike some of their competitors that expect you to commit to the work before they even set foot in your house. Thanks Troy!

I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions and have always been 100% satisfied with their service. They are always courteous and professional. They arrive on time and take care to keep my home clean. They take time to answer questions and discuss options. Recently we needed some major pipe/drain work as we were having back up issues. We had the pipes under our house lined which saved us from having our entire basement dug out. I was so impressed with how little disruption it made to our day. I had 20 years old toilet and two unreachable bolds between tank and toilet. Mike did an excellent job to remove the bolds and finish the job. I am very satified with the job he did. Thanks Mike. I will definetly will call Mr. Rooter next time when I need a plumming work.

Very fast and efficient. When I called they arrived within the hour. Mike quoted the price before he started to clear the drain. I received a discount and extra discount cards if future problems occur.
