The service was prompt and professional. The jobs were completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. Mike was very helpful in making suggestions to avoid any further problems.

I've done them before but this time I had to call the experts. I was inpressed with Mr.Rooter's establisted booked rates. It took out all of the guess work for pricing. The Tech. was very good, taking extra care not to damage anything, and went the extra mile to make the intallation complete and modern. Job was well done, taking extra time aloted at now etra cost to me.

Sewer drain backed up. Bob on behalf of Mr. Rooter was great in terms of giving prompt, professional service and having the problem fixed in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend their services to others with similar problems.

A few days ago, I had Val from Mr. Rooter fixing some of my plumbing in the house. I was very impressed with his work, so neat and clean and friendly, overall the service was amazing. I will definetely recommend Mr Rooter to all my friends. They even did a follow up call the next day. good job Valentin

Mike was exceptional, punctual hard working and very experienced I was very happy with the work he provided for Mr Rooter.He was clean cleaned up any mess removed shoes suggested solutions to possible problems in the future. I would not hesitate to refer him. Staff on phone were very courtesy and helpful as well.

The technician was punctual and professional, but charged approx $300 for an inspection (which indicated root penetration) and quoted me $6000 to do the work necessary to permanently fix problem. After calling around, I learned that there were a number of options for me to consider which were not suggested to me by Mr Rooter and the price they were quoting me was inflated. I was also told by more than one other plumber that I spoke with that for $300 they should have also cleared the exising root problem to prevent any water backup until I had decided on a permanent fix.

I had a drain back up problem causing water to flow out of my floor drains in the basement. Sean arrived on time and he was very professional and helpful. He explained the process to me and was very clear on what he could and couldn't do. I believe he went above and beyond to make me understand the problem and feel at ease with the solution. He also made recommendations for further improvement if I chose to take it to the next level. I very much appreciated his help and his knowledge. A+++

Backup in main drain prompted a call to Mr Rooter. Response was very fast and problem was diagnosed appropriately. Service team - Igor and his partner - arrived ON TIME the next morning. They had to dig up the drain area and replace the old trap. When Franco arrived to use the camera to check the drain line further along, roots were apparent there as well. I was shown the problem and given alternatives. Igor and his partner worked overtime to complete the work. They left the place spotless!! I have not used Mr Rooter before but their performance was exceptional and I will continue to use them for any plumbing issues.Thank you guys!

Mr. Rooter to the RESCUE!!!! I recently had a horrible experiece with another company misrepresenting themselves on a service call, they over charged and worst of all did not complete the job, and would not return phone calls! Incredibly, Mr. Rooter whom I had originally intended to peform our needed plumbing install, came to my home free of charge to resolve our situation! Thank you to Mr. Rooter and Derek, the president for an outstanding gesture! Sincerly Jim

A short story. On a Sunday last November my shower 'o' ring failed. I called out Mr Rooter because the fitting was old and I didn't have the right tools. Their rep mistakenly took out the entire valve. So why have I given this company such a high rating? Expressly because of two individuals, Derek and Fred who run the franchise for the GTA. They resolved the issue with no fuss and genuine empathy. I have no doubt that I had a poor one off experience with the contractor initially. However, knowing that you have strong management to set things right is critical. Attached below is the original e-mail I sent to the President of the group expressing this: Derek was understanding of the issue, fair and straightforward in his dealings without a hint of shirking his responsibilities. It is very easy for us to take credit when things go well, it is far harder to accept mistakes and rectify them. I am a strategy consultant, often dealing with advising companies on poor customer service. If all your franchisees were as competent and empathetic at handling customers as Derek, The Dwyer Group would be twice the size it is today.
