    Kitchen Sink clogged

    Bruce Tehrani was really helpful. I was so stress and worried at first because of my kitchen sink problem plus I don’t have a budget for the cost for now after some personal problems just past but he gave us temporary solution and maybe this method will Work with just a smaller cost that I can afford. I understand everything because she explained to me the pros and cons. But with this it help me lesser my worries. Thank you Bruce Tehrani

    Remove and Reset Toilet

    Rick did an excellent job of fixing the leak in my toilet. He was very methodical in isolating the leak, asking us to test one fixture at a time, over a 2 week period to determine the source of the leak. He took time to explain the details of the work and at the same time educated me on the do's and dont's of plumbing and what to look for when considering a plumbing project or problem. I am very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work.

    Kitchen Sink De-clogging

    I had a kitchen sink grease clog a month ago. I tried snaking it myself but couldn't break through the clog. Called a friend's plumber but unfortunately he did not have the right tools. By then we were on day 4 without a kitchen. I called Mr Rooter and Rick Phillips came to the rescue. He had a tough job ahead of him. He had all the equipment that he needed at the back of his van and fixed the problem that day. The job took a lot longer than what he said was usual. He was knowledgeable, experiences, patient, courteous and very professional all throughout. He also took the time to give us preventative advise. The service is a bit on the expensive side but I think it was worth it.

    Fast Repair and Great Service

    Rick was great, showed up right on time and fixed the repair within an hour, as committed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Rick. Also, scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the people on the phone were very helpful.

    Toilet replacements

    Peter Wasilewski was the plumber who replaced an old toilet with a new tall model needed for medical reasons. Efficient, informative and most helpful...…..A recommended employee. Would request him again. A second toilet needed days later was installed by Bruce Tehrani equally efficient and informative. At the last minute he pointed out a problem for future attention but gladly decided to stay and solve it that day. Ask for Bruce or Peter if you have the option.

    Drain clog

    Kitchen sink backed beyond what I could snake myself. Brian M arrived promptly and immediately set to work. Ended up having to take out the commercial grade auger but he managed to fix it. Was very tidy, polite and great with my kids. Definitely will be recommending and using again.

    Toilet Rebuild & Shut-off Valve

    Having issues with the only toilet in the house. Called Mr. Rooter to drop by and take a look. Brian was able to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue immediately. During the entire process, I found Brian to be honest, knowledgeable and very personable. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Brian and Mr. Rooter.

    Replacement shower valve cartridge

    Nope. A big Nope. Rick, from Mr. Rooter was very condescending when we had him come in to look at a problem with our shower handle. Very much felt like he was trying to over charge us astronomically. Not trustworthy. He quoted us over $600 to replace the cartridge inside our shower valve. What a joke. In the end we used Urban Plumber and had the job finished within 1 hour for literally 1/3 of the price. Don't trust this company!

    Clearing of Plugged Drain to Sewer Dec. 14 / 18

    The drain pipe between the house and city sewer was plugged at the exterior gas trap, similar to a blockage roughly 4 years earlier. In both instances, Mr. Rooter Plumbing sent out a service man within 3 hours of our call. The blockage was cleared each time within a matter of a few minutes -- previously by Travis Magee and most recently by Chris Cochrane. Both guys were good to deal with and provided explanations concerning the blockage. Both provided an estimate and a description of a permanent solution to the blockage problem, should it begin to occur more frequently. Happy with the service.

    Leaking Shut-off valves for Washer

    I am extremely pleased with the service offered by both Mr. Rooter and especially Brian M. He identified the problem, and solved it over two visits with professionalism and expertise. Even though a set back occurred, he patiently spent a lot of extra time finding a solution. At the service call today because the washer wasn't getting cold water, he found that the cold water valve wasn't open, but waited for the machine to complete a full cycle to ensure that all was working correctly, which was appreciated. Brian M. interacts well with the customer, is polite and very knowledgeable, and professional, and I am pleased to recommend him, and Mr. Rooter. I
