    Broken Pipe Kitchen

    Great service. I called Bruce in the evening and he was very swift at getting the job done. Replaced the corroded copper pipe with a robust PVC with a couple of minutes. 10/10.

    Basement leak fixed!

    We had a leaky pipe in our basement. Brian M. Was able to come and inspect the problem in less than 24 hours. He quickly diagnosed and was able to fix the problem. Very professional and a job well done. We will be calling Brian from now on for all our plumbing needs.

    Invoice 170360722 - Main water shut off valve replaced

    Everything was professional and informative, from first contact on phone to paying of bill. Technician Rick was a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure I understood everything.

    Burst pipes

    Came home to find my pipes in the garage had burst. Water was everywhere. Called Mr Rooter and received service within 2 hours of the call. Brian M. arrived and provided excellent service. Fixed the problem immediately and provided additional advice. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Brian M to anyone who experiences this issue. Thanks

    Toilet and faucet replacements

    My parents-in-law needed to have a new toilet installed, and a new faucet for their kitchen sink. Additionally, the valve under the toilet would not turn off. Brian MacDonald came promptly, was courteous to my in-laws (aged 88 and 95), and did a highly professional job with minimum fuss. The price included a new valve, a splendid new Moen "67315C" Integra Chrome One-Handle Low Arc Pullout Kitchen Faucet, a $20 fuel surcharge, and a $50 fee for disposing of the old toilet.

    Fixed shower tap that would not shut off water flow

    Bruce's service was top-notch. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very quick. He got me out of a very difficult situation as my water would not shut off. I would gladly use Mr. Rooter again. Regards, Carl Lapp

    Washing Machine flooded my condo

    My stackable washing machine in my condo unit flooded and I called Mr. Rooter to come and fix the issue. Rick Phillips was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely wonderful. I had been living in a post flood condo (with floors ripped up) for a month at the time he came, and the entire situation was extremely stressful. He was very good about explaining things to me and took the time to go over in detail what the issue was (different than what my adjuster had initially told me it was) and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. I ended up having to buy a new machine and I requested that he come back personally to properly hook it up. I would highly recommend him.

    Washer Valves Replacement

    Mr. Rooter is a very responsive and responsible company. I've had other contractors who never called back but both the technicians and service representative were very helpful and attentive. Grant was the licensed plumber who helped us. There were more plumbing issues we uncovered while he was replacing the valve; The water main was not shutting off completely, and within the day, Grant fixed all the plumbing problems for us. We appreciate the timeliness and the respect given to us for fixing this leak as soon as possible. We recommend this company for your plumbing questions and fixes, and we would definitely call again if we need anything else fixed.

    Clogged kitchen drain

    Bruce showed up at our home in order to clear a blocked kitchen drain. He was punctual, professional and extremely friendly. The work was done in a speedily fashion and we would highly recommend them to any friends or colleagues.

    Clogged kitchen faucet

    After a re-occurring blockage to my Kitchen Faucet, we had a great technician by the name of Bruce who came out and troubleshooted the issue and fixed the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable!
