    Exterior plumbing work

    Was very pleased with the professionalism of the company in handling our plumbing issue. The job seemed overwhelming when we received a quote from other companies but Mr. Rooter was able to do the job with minimal invasiveness to our property. Robert was excellent at communicating the details of the job and the workers completed everything very quickly to minimize the impact.

    The work performed was replacing hose Bibb valve and interior shut-off valve .Also replacing two valves with just straight copper tubing.The work performed by the Technician Bruce Teh

The workmanship and explanation of the work required was very satisfactory, and has met our expectations. In summary, we have been pleased by the work of Mr. Rooter and your Technicians and have in the past recommended Mr. rooter to many of our friends.

    kitchen faucet installation

    Brian M arrived on time, inspected the situation and advised the price. He did the work immediately and efficiently, including doing a complete check on the system afterward. He was friendly and knowledgable, and educated me about the issue.

    Daniel Thomas Plumbing Technician Excellent Service Skill Knowledge

    We thought it was a drain issue and there was a lot of grease in main drain. But we also found out the sceptic tank was full and hadn’t been drained in a while. So customer service oriented. Went extra mile. Found our problem and was able to direct us to fix it. Very helpful very professional. Would recommend Daniel without hesitation.

    Major Toilet Rebuild

    Fast, friendly, and incredibly personable. Rick arrived even before the scheduled time and was great at explaining what the problem was, what he was going to do and how he was going to resolve it. He worked hard, and answered all my questions I had during. Great guy and would definitely recommend him to others.

    Great Job but expensive

    Called them for my clogged kitchen drain, the serviceman came in at the requested time and was great with his work. He had estimated a 2 hour timing for the job. Started off with the snake and voila..it cleared!! Nothing came off the drain, so he mentioned that the snake grinds as it moves forward. He gave us a bottle of their organic liquid for the drain as well. Service was great but I felt it was too pricey..

    Shut off valve install

    BRUCE from Mr.rooter was great and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend their services. The cost for the service provided was reasonable and no additional cost was added due to the weekend call.

    We had a dinner party of 28 people on Wednesday night. After our guests left, we noticed around 9:45pm that both bathrooms on the ground floor were completely overflowing with toilet bowl dirty water onto the floors and into our basement storage and electrical panel room. It was a massive emergency. I was able to get in touch with Mr. Rooter as the website said they offer 24/7 services. They had send our technician Rick Phillips over in under a hour. Exactly as promised. Rick was so beyond professional, calm and logical. He made my life easy and took control of calling back up help from Restoration water damage experts who had to help with removing the water from the toilet bowls so we can see in the pipes. We were thinking that one of the children at my dinner party must have flushed something major into the toilet as it was so bad. Rick was over till 3am working like a dog trying to use a 50' snake to see what was stuck in the toilets. He was exhausted, sweating and almost fainted from the physical hard work, BUT HE NEVER EVER COMPLAINED. NOT EVEN ONCE. It did not matter that it was the middle of the night. He was professional and followed through with everything he said he would. We could not find the problem that evening with the 50' snake so he left at 3am promising to come back first thing in the morning with different tools and some back-up support. He worked all day from 9:30am-4:30pm trying to find what was stuck in my drain. Refused to give up. Later that afternoon, Rick found on his drain camera what appeared to be a teddy bear that may have been flushed down the toilet. He got it all fixed up and put the toilet and house back the way it should be. He offered me great advise on cleaning up the mess because we have small kids and he was concerned about it being disinfected properly. Rick is just the most caring and sincere guy. He truly worked so hard on this job and came back then next day on less then 3 hours of sleep. His knowledgeability in his trade is what made me trust him. I would suggest Rick and Mr. Rooter 100%.

    Toilet adjustment

    We needed the toilet examined and adjusted as a result of a disabled senior's fall. Mr. Rooter sent someone out right away on a Saturday night. The plumber was Rick. He was extremely knowledgeable about all matters and provided many suggestions to assist with taking care of the senior's bathroom needs. He performed quality work and used the best products available. He even cleaned the area the toilet would go on before reinstalling the toilet.

    Leaky Kitchen Pipe

    There was slow leak under the kitchen. A pvc connector was not glued correctly from the beginning (a few years). Mr. Rooter had it fixed in just a few minutes. Awesome! It is so nice to have courteous, efficient and professional plumbing service. Definitely will use Mr Rooter again if needed!
