    Blocked pipes quote

    Underhanded service. Called them for problem of roots in pipes, either an estimate for pipe repair and/or cutting roots from pipes. Receptionist who booked my appointment assured me that quote would be free and I would pay only for treatment requested. Plumber who showed up denied free quote. After I paid $300 for him to look in prior to cutting out the roots, he claimed he did not have the equipment on hand to perform service, and that I would need to pay for a new inspection again if he came out to remove the roots. Waste of money with this deceptive receptionist and unprepared plumber.

    Leaking Pipe Disaster

    Peter from Mr. Rooter was amazing! He was honest, knowledgeable, thorough, clean, patient, resourceful...the list goes on. He assessed and completed the work on the same day. No more leaks going into my garage! This is the second time using Mr. Rooter and I would readily call on them again for any plumbing issues. Fantastic company with consistently courteous and skilled staff. Thank you, Mr. Rooter and especially, big thank you to Peter!!!

    Kitchen faucet replacement & water hose bib replacement

    Peter from Mr. Rooter is the best! He solved all my leaking problems! He installed shut off valves for the kitchen sink faucet and installed a new faucet. He also replaced the garage and backyard water hose bibs. It is not just the installation that made the experience great but the fact that he explained everything he was doing and gave me great advice about winter maintenance and just general maintenance of my equipment, plumbing etc. It was installation and education all in one! He was so pleasant and professional that I would not only recommend Mr. Rooter but also I would request Peter for any plumbing needs in the future!

    Installation

    Brian M. did a great job installing a new toilet as well as a new vanity with new plumbing under the sink in our powder room. He is conscientious and easy to get along with. I highly recommend Brian M. to get a job well done.

    Mr. Rooter Plumbing - The Best!

    Had an issue with 2 faucets in the house - both VERY old! Rick P., from Mr. Rooter, was sent to make repairs. Very nice man. Very respectful and was very patient with my many questions while he was making repairs. Most important thing for me was that my 82 yr. old mom really thought he a 'nice man' :) and that we should request him next time we need a plumber. I gave a score of 10 because service was good, pricing was reasonable AND Rick made an 82 year old woman happy! Sweet!

    Kitchen sink drain system replacement

    The plumber Rick Phillips did a very professional work. Estimation, recommendation for the best option, tips for maintenance all are explained clearly. The actual work was done smoothly, cleanly. Very happy with the service. Thanks Rick.

    Bathroom/toilets

    Rob C was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and did a fabulous job. Dispatch was able to set up an appointment in a very timely manner and I will definitely use them again.

    Leaking toilet with rusted shut-off valve

    I had leaking toilet and its shut off valve was rusted open to my horror so I called Mr. Rooter. Daniel Thomas from the Newmarket branch arrived and did the repairs. He was really friendly and knew exactly how to fix the issues really quickly. He answered all my random questions while he was working and even gave me estimates on other plumbing projects if I decide to address them in the future. He had an iPad with him that linked up to Mr. Rooters' servers which outlines the cost of replacing the shut off valve, leaky toilet, and other estimates. He showed me the cost of the work up-front before he started working so there was no surprises. Since it was all the costs were through the iPad I was emailed the invoice and even the estimates for future reference. Since Mr. Rooter is large and employ many people which can vary, I recommend Daniel Thomas from Newmarket if you fall under his branch's service area.

    Leaky toilet replacement

    We had a 40 year old toilet that was leaking like mad and Rick Phillips came in and evaluated the situation. His recommendation to replace it was spot on and the toilet he subsequently installed has been everything he said it would be. 100% happy with the work.

    Plumbing Repair

    I had a drilling sound coming from the wall in my powder room at night. Peter from Mr. Rooter diagnosed it as my toilets constantly running and that the water pressure increased at night (I'll admit I was skeptical). Peter replaced the innards of 3 toilets and gave them a good cleaning (as there was a lot of hard water buildup). So far, I haven't heard that loud drilling noise again. So Peter, you were right! Thank you so much! The cost was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would be happy to recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!
