    Shower cartridge replacement

    Very happy with the service provided by Brian, particularly when he came back the same evening to finish the job after earlier hitting a complication that prevented the job from going ahead on the first visit. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

    Back in business in the kitchen!

    The provided next day, on time service to clear a block in the kitchen. Rick was very professional and friendly and had it free-flowing in under 30 minutes. He also provided us with some great tips on how to maintain the pipes and they give you a bottle of BioChoiceES to help as well...enough for a year! You also get a 30 day guarantee. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Hopefully, we don't have to call them again ;)

    Blocked toilet

    We have a newly installed toilet that was blocked and subsequently leaked at the base when it was flushed. My Husband called Mr. Rooter and Ron Jackson from Oshawa came to our house to see what the problem was. I must say that this man was very personable and pleasant right at the door. On investigation, he discovered that not only was the toilet blocked, but it was not sealed at the base by the person who installed it, and plastic screws and a plastic gasket were used to install it. Ron even assisted me with other small issues we had in both the powder room and 2nd bathroom such as tightening up leaky faucets and tightening up a loose toilet seat! He is so kind! I love him.     hooked up washing maching

    Brian showed up on time and did a great job for us getting our washing machine hooked up. Couldn't be happier with the service, job and Brian himself. He even helped us hook up our dryer. Will def be using them again!

    Repair leaking drains

    After installing new counters in kitchen and bathroom, the pipes under both sinks were leaking when we replaced them. I called Mr Rooter. Ron Jackson came right on time. He checked both and told me what the problem was for each. It was different for both. And gave me an estimate. I told him to go ahead with the work. He was polite, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. He fixed both and checked them twice before deciding they were good. I also asked him about another problem we were having in the basement and he called the office and they sent someone within the hour! Was very impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone having a plumbing problem. Arlene C

    Replacement of pipe to water main

    Our main shutoff valve was leaking. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Brian M. to take a look. Brian came right away, inspected the leak, and informed me that the shutoff valve we were using was no longer being produced. Long story short, it wasn't a simple remove-and-replace-the-valve procedure -- we had to replace the pipe that runs from the water main to the house so we can replace the shutoff valve. After we decided to go ahead with the job, Brian and Ihor's crew came within one day and completed the job in 4-5 hours. They cleaned up pretty well after they were done. I think they did a very good job. Thanks Brian and Ihor!

    Drain clog clearance

    Bruce was knowledge, friendly and efficient. He did a great job! He explained every step clearly and answered all my questions. He showed me the problem and discussed what might cause future issues as well. I definitely recommend his work.

    Unclogging kitchen sink and diagnosing sump pump

    Bruce is a knowledgeable and easy to talk to technician. He came to our home promptly to help us unclog our kitchen sink while providing us helpful information about possible causes and options for remedy if there are any real issues with the drain pipes. He did an eye inspection and provided a quote for the suggested procedure to fix it. Unclogging it with the snake was smooth and left absolutely no mess to our kitchen. He made sure the draining was happening several times after it was cleared. He gave us a Mr. Rooter solution that will help further clear the pipes... and we did see improvement after 2 days of consecutive use. We will definitely use this solution on a regular basis to keep our pipes cleared all time. On a separate impromtu request to have a look at our sump pump, Bruce did not hesitate and immediately went on to perform a diagnosis to ensure things down there is in working condition. He answered all of my questions regarding backup sump pump options and gave us a quote with the help of his company's tablet. Bruce was very friendly and professional throughout the entire service visit. Thanks, Bruce.

    Water valve replacement

    Rick Phillips did an outstanding job at my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood what was involved and very patiently explained the next steps. My family and I are very impressed by the level of technical support provided and explained in lay man terms. Thank you Rick for going over and beyond your call of duty.

    Clogged kitchen drain

    Robert Cassels was a great technician. He came the our house promptly and explained the process thoroughly. He completed the job exactly as quoted and was friendly throughout. He was also cleaning up throughout the whole process and after the job was completed. Thanks Robert!!!
