    Kitchen faucet replacement

    Rick Phillips came on time and was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He explained the costs of the replacement and again the benefits for us and the family of the Mr Rooter membership which we already have. This has already paid for itself. Would recommend Rick.

    Bathroom toilets

    We have had 2 toilets put in last January, 2017 and they work extremely well and the work was done exceptionally by Brian M. He explains everything really well and knows his trade. This past week the lid on one of them did not work. The very next day Brian came and replaced the lid which was rare for it to not work. It is working great now. In 2016 we had the third toilet put in. Also in 2017 we had two new tapes put the bathrooms. Mr. Rooter is great and very honest and does great work.

    Toilet -- Remove and Reset

    The service was prompt and professional. Rick diagnosed the problem right away and provided different options to help resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options and share his research in order to educate his client. He gave solid, well-informed advice. He was conscientious and cleaned up the workspace. Overall, Rick's pride in his workmanship and care for customer service are very evident.

    Faucet Instalaltion

    Rick was on time and did a complete professional job of removing and installing a new faucet for our kitchen. Rick provided great advice and tips on other areas of our kitchen plumbing for our future reference, which was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Rick and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for anyone seeking similar service and advice.

    Faucets changed in 2 bathrooms and kitchen

    Greg was very professional and knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. He took his time to do the job right. Left my home clean + took away all the old materials + boxes. I would highly recommend.

    clogged kitchen drain

    Our kitchen drain got clogged last night, Friday night, I tried baking soda/vinegar, then I used chemicals, they have always worked in the past, not this time, so I went to Lowes at 8:30 at night and bought a snake. My son and I were up until 1:00 in the morning feeding this snake thru the drain, I hit water a couple of times, pulled out some crud, but nothing really significant, I felt we were getting close but then unfortunately we buggered the snake, the coil had kinked, so then I decide that first thing Saturday morning I would buy another snake and be a little more careful. No success and we buggered the second snake so it is now time to call a plumber. I googled Plumbers and scrolled thru the list I saw Mr RotoRooters, and because I had seen their trucks, I called them. I spoke with someone right away, the next call back came a half hour later with the message "A Plumber will be there in an hour and his name is Rick. In about an hour Rick is at my door. Rick was terrific, we were so grateful that we could get this level of service in such a short time. High skill, high knowledge and very forthcoming with information and professional advice. Good humor, considerate, easy going, my wife and I really enjoyed talking to Rick. We wish him all good things. Ollie

    Stuck Kitchen Drain

    Kitchen sink was stuck so called Mr Rooter to come. Showed up quite fast the next day morning and was very professional. Service was clean and tidy, even wore shoe covers in the house. Plumber spent 2 hours snaking my drain and finally cleared the clog. Very good service. The only gripe I have with the service was all the claims the website made was not all true. I understand they say "Not offered at all locations. Reach out to your local Mr. Rooter Plumbing to find out more. " for some of the claims but if it's a franchise it should really be more uniform throughout. The up front pricing claim wasn't really met because there was a surprise fuel surcharge on the bill afterwards which was not communicated to me in the beginning. Also, due to the situation of my drain, he had to install a new cleanout which I did agree to but was surprised that it end up costing another $60. Also their overtime claim... in my case I did not go overtime but if I went over 2 hours it would have been another hundred something an hour. So in conclusion, I was very satisfied with the work but I would not recommend Mr Rooter because of their high costs and differentiating website claims.

    Toilet clog - but really much more

    Our main floor toilet was overflowing, which we thought was just a clog or backup. We called Mr. Rooter based on a recommendation from a friend and good homestars reviews. Rob C arrived at our house within 24 hours of our call and immediately diagnosed the problem - a severely clogged main drain. Rob was great always letting me know the status and what the next step would be. One of the definite positives of Mr. Rooter is the transparency of the pricing, you know what you are getting into before the work starts. It took some time to complete the job, but it went exactly the way Rob said it would. I appreciated his candidness on the scale of our issue. We ended up having the main line hydro jetted. Rob also snaked the toilet line and and made sure there were no issues with the pipes, let us see the camera view that they were clear of all debris. It was important to get the issue fixed same day, and Rob made sure it was. The only part I was unsure of is price , we didn't have time to look into other companies (due to the size of our issue) so I don't know if it was reasonable or not. For me - the peace of mind and ease of service definitely made it worth it and would tell anyone who asked the same. Will definitely call in the future if we have a problem.

    Sewage drain issue

    The service man was rude and abrasive. We had fumes coming out of the drain hole and we knew there was a back-up and he put a camera through and told us that basically we had 2 days before it completely backed up and we would flood our basement. Our only option was to completely dig up the basement at the cost of $15K. He refused to do any additional work to help us clear out the blockage to buy us some more time. Since then, we have called another company and they have been much more helpful. I will never be using Mr Rooter again.

    Drain clogged

    We had a really bad clog in our main bathroom drain. I knew we needed a pro. Looks like it had built up over many years. I called Mr. Rooter and Daniel was there the next day. Daniel snaked the drain probably up to 30 feet, maybe more. He even had my wife listen downstairs to the plumbing lines to see if everything was clear. He worked really hard in clearing the drain and replaced a small part at no cost. Our bathroom was left spotless afterwards. One would never know that he was there. Their prices aren't cheap but I have no regrets and would use them again. Thank you Daniel.
