Rick came to our home because of water leaking through our dining room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. He quickly ensured we got the services to open the ceiling and start the drying process, and replaced the leaking copper piping for the sink cold water supply and toilet water supply that was bent and corroded as well as added shut offs to our sink and toilet. In addition, he also detailed the current piping "renovations" done by previous owners of my home were incorrect and we also had these updated along with faucet move and new installation in the master bath. Everything is now leak free and I have greater peace of mind with respect to the integrity of the upstairs plumbing.
Rick was extremely pleasant to work with, and takes great pride in his work and ensuring everything is installed correctly, all the while explaining what he needs to do and why, and ensuring all (which were many) questions and concerns were answered. He also took time in demonstrating through diagrams so systems and how they work are easily understood. Even providing history as to how houses like mine were built and the challenges that occurred with this construction period provided interesting background as to why certain things in my house are the way they are.
Rick has a strong focus on customer service and this is evident both with his thorough work and pleasant demeanour. I highly recommend Rick's service, and Mr. Rooter in general. We have had great service in all jobs they have done in our home.
