    Drain Clearing

    So happy with the service Rob C provided!!! Fast, Friendly and efficient!!! The drain had been plugged due to the Garbage disposal, Rob was able to clear it quickly and recommended different ways to prevent it from happening again! THanks Rob!

    Kitchen and Bathroom Plumbing

    Bruce was very friendly, thorough, and quick to work. He gave a follow-up assessment on the work that was to be done and ensured all was done correctly. Highly recommend.

    24hr Plumbing Services

    I got myself into a bit of a DIY disaster and ended up needing urgent plumbing help. Luckily for me, Mr. Rooter answered my call and sent over Ron within an hour or so. Ron was very friendly and went out of his way to help with the issue I was having and leaving me with the work I could do to help me keep costs down. I've used Mr. Rooter in the past and their timeliness is great but the prices can seem a bit high. In this situation, they really rescued me and Ron was a real bonus! I would definitely use their services again.

    Kitchen Drain Replacement

    Unfortunately, after only living in our condo for a few months, we encountered issues with our kitchen drain. We called Mr. Rooter and they immediately sent a plumber to assess our problem. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and his experience in fixing drains for high-rise condos was evident. Not only did he efficiently replace our pipe with one that is up to code, he provided us with lots of advice on how we can maintain our kitchen and washroom drains to prevent and avoid future issues. We were so happy with our service and certainly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

    tub installation

    Kitchen faucet

    Our plumber Rick arrived before the appointed hour and quickly analyzed the situation. A replacement faucet was required. He explained the available options and we opted for the best one. The work went efficiently with minimal disruption. My aged 93 year old aunt was very pleased. Rick was very pleasant and patient with my aunt in explaining the functions. She asked him to fix her TV and Rick obliged - no extra charge. We would recommend Rick to anyone who needed plumbing services.

    Shower Valve Replacement

    Discovered that in most cases...call the professionals when plumbing issues arise. Ron was prompt in showing up 1 hour after emergency call. Professional throughout. Quality work in repairing shower valve that I tried to replace myself. Came in and did the job quickly and left without a trace. Top notch!

    Plumbing Connections

    I was doing some renovations around the house. I needed the new kitchen sink to be hooked and needed a few small things in my bathroom. Mr. rooter was quick to respond to my calls and scheduled around a convenient time for me. The plumber arrived on time and was very responsive. Happy with the service.

    Kitchen faucet leaking

    Called Mr Rooter as I had water leaking and puddles forming under my sink and on my basement floor. Within two hours of my call I had a plumber at my home and my problem was resolved. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company and in particular Mr Phillips the plumber who attended my home.

    Dependable plumbing services

    My kitchen sink was clogged on a Sunday morning. Called Mr. Rooter and made an appointment for 3 pm (because we were out until then). At 2 pm I received a heads-up call that they would be there in one hour. The service person arrived on time at 3. He found the clog and finished in about 40 minutes. He protected the floor with a tarp, and cleaned up everything nicely afterward. The invoice has details on every step he made to fix the clog. I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommended!
